05/11/2018 09:52 | Could yet land the full Mediapolis Asset assigned to CLP, as it should have been in the first place. Just a couple of weeks away now. share price doesn't reflect this, should it be successful (and I just can't see why not, except for a dodgy judicial system in Italy). | nick rubens
01/11/2018 12:53 | Jamdan, I think you'll find that these are buys disguised as sells. The MMs can be a crafty lot. Nothing is a dead cert but this share is a traders dream. I still think it will hit 2p by year end but I maybe way off the mark...it could even be 4p!!!! :) | k1ngkonggb
01/11/2018 11:11 | So much for the relate to 4p. If it was such a dead cert why are people selling? | jamdan1
31/10/2018 15:24 | Picked up a few more down here today. DC | daicaprice
25/10/2018 22:01 | Deadline for bond holders to agree conversion at premium to market price... | timbo
25/10/2018 20:13 | More jam tomorrow - oh it's December now is it? And the compelling event is? | bulgarian
24/10/2018 08:11 | cheers Stretch Todays RNS gives is a Nov 20th Mediapolis court hearing. The share price will get interesting up until then and if successful will be a great result. | nick rubens
22/10/2018 15:20 | Interesting stuff here Nick, quite an old link but gives an idea of the value of what we have: hxxps://www.siliconi | stretch armstrong
22/10/2018 12:33 | Not sure why some are bailing at the low? Upcoming news will bring in the buyers again IMO,looking for some good news for a change. Mediapolis appeal upheld and land assigned? or failed again? Bond conversions at 4p? Crypto division news? Fortune Cookie claim? Villas? Anyone know the value here and how many there are? I note the comments following my suspicions that the legal system in Italy are corrupt and many complained about our own legal system failings? I agree. Mediapolis land should be assigned to CLP and I can't see no reason whatsoever why they insist on selling it first. It doesn't make sense and especially as the entitled party (CLP) keeps asking for the land instead. Any ideas why up until now the administrator/court (whoever) has seemingly rushed the land into what seems to be a fire sale? | nick rubens
19/10/2018 10:44 | timbo my bros an accountant..no longer...lol accountant are fine to do the number crunching...but if it comes to making decision and weighing up the odds and taking risks???...they just want to sit in back getting paid without interacting in the real world of business. but at least they arent as crooked at lawyers who manipulate the law to try to threaten you with the law!!! lol and all we hear is how other countries legal systems are riddled with corruption??? lol we dont mention that we set most of them up as our empire??? ps dp 4p coming soon enough:) | comedy
18/10/2018 22:28 | I love CLP, it’s going to turn my £12k into £50k. Great to trade sometimes but 3p written all over it. DC | daicaprice
18/10/2018 21:41 | I'm just going to get my tin helmet and Kevlar vest on before you move on to accountants!!! | timbo
18/10/2018 16:52 | And QCs!!!! | k1ngkonggb
18/10/2018 16:38 | strange we always say other countries are corrupt and their legal system is corrupt... ive had a lawyer who was meant to be the partner who deals with complaints, effectively threaten me on phone ...and bank the full fee shy of £30 for work never done over 2 years... and the lawyer who was meant to have done the work "according to the notes" was no longer working for them??? lol so b4 we point fingers at other corrupt legal shenanigans we should look at our own... ps i find lawyers are a brotherhood like politicians and you will find it hard to find an honest one..hence they work hand in hand with estate agents:) | comedy
18/10/2018 09:51 | At least there is a chance that we may get 'appeal upheld' RNS, but how long will it take? For me, Mediapolis was always a main asset and to see it given away like that was a bit suspicious. If Italy is corrupt then this appeal will be engineered to fail anyway, but failure to get the land assigned has been priced in at the moment. | nick rubens
18/10/2018 08:34 | Lets hope the appeal is finally upheld for CLP as having assets sold for a song is not right at all, | nick rubens
18/10/2018 07:49 | Appeal launched and quite right too. DC | daicaprice
16/10/2018 19:10 | As this is the subsidiary Clear Leisure 2017 Ltd showing a profit for 2017 (its first year of trading) it's the profit from buying the Mediapolis first charge from the previous lender... | timbo
16/10/2018 16:13 | Me neither, This was accounts up to Dec 2017. | counting cards
16/10/2018 16:06 | CC, I don't believe that's money from the Med land as it's still in dispute. | k1ngkonggb
16/10/2018 15:01 | KNIGEL In the absence of an RNS hope this is some help for all. Clear Leisure 2017 LTD From Companies House document lodged 4th October 2018 Profits before taxation €1,868,068 Sorry removed the link but one sticks Clear Leisure 2017 into google and pick the link to companies House, and then chooses Filing History they will find the document. | counting cards
16/10/2018 13:39 | Is it? Just sensible comment. A decent RNS and the share price will rise. Quite obvious really. (Of course it might then fall back as per ususl) | knigel |
