Laughing at Bulgarian....love it when the share price goes up and then all the mups come out of the woodwork.

It may well be a pump and dump as this share is quite well versed in this action ! Personally, I think it might have a few more legs!

looks like a full on P&D. Mugs being chomped off at 1.10 today was it?

So why, with all this new marvellous news / share price re-rate didn't the share price continue up, rather than crater towards day end?

It's not rocket science.

Hi jamdan1. These bond holders have agreed that some 6.9M euros of bonds can be repaid by the issue of shares at 0.04234 euros per share. Effectively by "overcharging" the bond holders for their shares 5 times the market price CLP are getting more than an 80% discount on the debt without having to pay any cash. The share capital will go up but each share will show at its nominal value of £0.0025 per share.

I really don't understand the significance of today's rns. Could someone explain please. Surely if you had 65k to spend and knew information which would enhance that value why not spend that money on shares in the open market ?

When you say suspension you mean new company reversed into it? What is the asset value after the RNS today anyone?

There's an actual RNS. This is not bogus or a P&D. Many are LTHs.

Don't think it's a pump and dump.Just research the last few RNS releases and the adjusted NAV after the bondholders debt reduction. Possible suspension
