And the £65k was over and above the 6.9M euros as it related to a different bond issue.

Not quite. As you know from the recent RNSs that Eufingest with about 43% have voted to convert. We don't know at this stage how many of the others have also agreed to this...

So if I understand this correctly the market is getting excited because 65k out of of 6.9M have been converted.

What's the current debt liability to the holders +/-?

And the assumption is that the bigger bond holders are just going to follow suit?

Did I follow correctly so far?

I would expect the majority of bondholders to convert but we will have to wait and see.
Btw Man Utd somehow came back against the odds. Hopefully the same here 😊

What's encouraging about the conversion of bond debt to shares yesterday was that it wasn't from the 6.9M euro bond issue that had just been voted for conversion. So CLP have been able to convert another bond debt into shares at a huge discount thus improving the balance sheet further...My calcs are that the only bonds to be converted are the 6.9M to be done within 60 days of Oct 1st but I'm still working through some old annual accounts to make sure...

Man U - no chance.

So a tiny amount of bonds have been converted if I understand correctly from yesterday.

What's the total amount of debt held by the remaining bond holders?

Roughly.

Supercity,

So the poster over the way who posted only 20 times yesterday on the same BB -

"...What I find amazing is the last few sells that look like they have lost money, absolutely crazy when we have just had an RNS to state a buy price of 4p for £65k worth of shares, absolutely bonkers, well onwards and upwards next week :).."

Has got the wrong end of the stick?

Bulgarian, remember it works both ways. Sometimes derampers can "encourage" posters to sell at the wrong time - perhaps to get a lower entry point.
My advice is to use Advfn as a discussion thread (if possible!) and don't EVER trade on the comments of any posters - just use it as one tool GLA

So what was the benefit to that holder to exchange onto shares way higher than the current price?

No one has bought shares for £65,000.A bond holder has converted £65,000 of bonds in to shares and can sell them on Monday for a fraction of that and lose a significant amount of money.Clear leisure have done the 4p conversion to deter bond holders from doing it.The company receives no money and no one pays 4p for shares.More important here is the court case that was lost this week regarding mediapolis which many shareholders hoped would be won...they have 15 days to appeal but on what grounds

Bulgarian - there has been TWO RNSs this week confirming bond conversion at sharp premiums to current share price. Various news is due.
Of course there are some OTT rampers around and some will always get caught on a spike - however many of us are LTHs not concerned about a daily swing either way. There is great potential upside here - up to you to join in or watch..

Robust FCA regulation and action on these BBs is well overdue also.
