CLP progress on debt reduction will lift it's next recorded NAV dramatically. Until then lots of newsflow to come and hoping mediapolis is finally in their hands soon.

Eufingest SA, which holds 43.48% of the issued Bonds will obviously vote yes so it doesn't leave many others to agree - I would say it's as near a certainty as you could get

This one will end up like what happened with CHAL. Spike chased a month ago all the way to 0.48p, and now bids for just 0.18p.

The stock had a massive overhang on Friday at sub 0.7p so mm's are more than happy to offload size sub 0.9p which is 25% higher

Everything RKB has said is correct. I have been following price in spreadsheet and yes closing average on Thursday was 0.753p or roughly what company sees. This means conversion of 3.76p.

Going to be a very excellent next three months with other npotential positive news coming in as well.

Read RKB post on LSE.. the nominal cost of converting the bond debt is minimal.. the NAV should be around 1p at least IF all the bonds are converted imo.

Well Kev.. the results were decent but not unexpected.. however the news today may change sentiment ...
Debt conversion notice ... at five times the average share price of 0.752p... so that will be new shares at 3.85p instead of bond debt - i suspect the largest bond holder will accept. This should result in a decent NAV upgrade.
I would expect a higher share price today..
