Looking excellent. Should rise nicely before 12th but there have been some excellent large buys today mopping up the float. Looking incredibly strong and should push north of 1.2 easily

6th August they said that . Eufingest SA ("Eufingest"), which holds approximately 43.48% of the Bonds, has confirmed to the Company that it intends to vote in favour of the Proposal.Yesterday they needed 66% of the votes but at the next meeting they only need 25% of votesIt is 100% done I agree

we've just turned a major corner yesterday. the meeting from yesterday and the no's used says to me its 100% the vote will get carried in 2 weeks. the key question is will share price be held down until meeting or are many going to be wrong footed and share price is going to rise now to reduce the bondholders conversion down to a minimum???

Timbo, the fact you scurry off and throw dung about me on a different bb, should tell everyone all they need to know about why I took exception to you in the first place. In case you hadn’t noticed, bbs are about sharing information. Spary has kindly shared a summary I put together for others about CLP, which can be added to, commented on or queried. I also acknowledge that a certain user called RKB on lse is credible, accurate and use his observations on the known Mediapolis land, and appreciate his insight from discussions with the CEO in all matters including bondholder strategy. Had you asked respectful questions about the company instead of making baseless personal accusations and incorrect comments about my view on financials (the current tax loss position is correct btw), you might not be mistaken for a common troll.

That's true but the tone on LSE has become full of macho posturing. If you have only 10 posts you can't ask an awkward question because you must be a deramper/shorter/market maker. Too much ad hominem "playing the person" rather than dealing with the comment just makes it like a school playground sometimes and stifles sensible debate. DShox accused me several times of having multiple IDs even though I pay a premium subscription and have over 100 comments. Why? Even though I'm a long term bullish holder I asked him to curb his enthusiasm as he was overstating asset figures and double counting income etc and was misleading fellow BBers. Apparently my disagreeing with him made me a shorter. I don't recall him adding any genuine insight in all his postings just recycling others' research and a lot of sheer speculation. Absolutely no contrition as the share price fell more than 40% whilst he berated anyone selling or having a less rosy opinion.

Good bit of turnover today, could do with a bit more tomorrow and rest around the .9p mark ready for whatever good news is coming our way. Been a long haul and we’ve been shafted by Court decision after Court decision, our day is coming.

In addition to Bondholder meet in the next few days, which might be re-scheduled on lack of attendance to 12 Sept where quorum requirement lowered from 75% to 25%, other news to drop:

1. Fortune Cookie claim action per May RNS of GBP 700,000-5,000,000.
2. 2x claim actions re Sosushi for up to GBP 2,500,000 per Dec RNS.
3. Mediapolis land EUR 1.7m cash en route but subsequent RNS opens shot at far greater upside - RKBs attendance at AGM interesting, confidently predicting winning bidder will walk away in Nov and land will rightly revert to CLP.
4. Mediapolis villas valued over EUR 5m in 2015 and await plan to recover value.
5. Mediapolis additional assets (undisclosed) referred to by FG to be revealed.
6. FG aiming 2018 to get CLPs EUR 7m local subsidiary investment in TLT, owner of Ondaland Waterpark and other real estate (tbc), recognised by way of a substantial shareholding. The waterpark is positive EBITDA according to 2016 accounts.
7. Expect Newco blockchain ICO news to be 100% CLP owned as stated in year end results, undergoing legal due diligence etc, with the ICO expected to raise substantial funds in FGs words.
8. Successful ramping up of bitcoin mining data centres and already secured low cost power agreement in Serbia generating first revenue for group.
9. Already had succesful Bondholder negotiations to extend maturity by 4 years and gained agreement to accept shares instead of cash - now FG is playing his next move to get agreement to issue shares at 125%-500% premium.
10. Geosim valuation growing and a great many other recoveries to be revealed, including pursuit of Ora Hotels.
11. Last shares issued at 1.1p to former director and lenders that agreed to convert at 1p if not paid cash.
12. FG on GBP 60k salary and performance bonus based on asset recoveries, currently making all the right moves.
13. EUR 48m tax losses currently held in group to offset against future profits.

I'm looking for Mediapolis to be assigned over to CLP and the Kangaroo auction dismissed. Of course there is news on numerous fronts to come, so I don't know what we'll hear next.
