If the land can be assigned to CLP, then I take it they can find their own buyer or decide what else to do with it?

Sounds like 2.68 million Euros coming to CLP (assuming buyers purchase at auction).
Maybe next week, we'll hear that it's sold and cash coming. Maybe a special dividend for shareholders?

This is the first of what should be more successful litigation conclusions.

Knigel - I take that comment to mean that they are hoping the court will assign the land to Clear Leisure 2017 before the auction as that is a separate application into the court. If not done by Wednesday then auction goes ahead...

An auction is the best way forward imho, stops any behind the scenes deals and the cash comes in quickly.

Confused about the RNS - one line says CLP will not take part in the auction while another line says CLP still wants to buy the land??

I'm not a fan of the Crypto thing, but it's the start of a bigger blockchain business that is intended to IPO. Looking for next piece on news to be money due to CLP in the various asset recovery claims of mediapolis land or Ondaland.

Sentiment amongst investors and the markets are at rock bottom with this company . Promise after promise and painted pictures of grandure . I'm afraid villa broke this and although Franco has done very well in reducing debt , loan conversions etc , I'm afraid villa has not been forgotten amongst the markets . Glac

Last placing was for £600k at 0.95p. I think next bit of news will be revenue collecting relating from the recent in favor of CLP court judgements, or maybe a crypto update, though I'm not here for that, but it might surprise me hopefully.

Nice last few days for buying CLP on the cheap. A decent RNS will bring back the traders all over this one. A great RNS will give us a more Investor focused valuation.
As long as nothing bad happens it's all good.
