I'm looking forward to the appeal on mediapolis as that is not over yet. If the land gets assigned (as it should do) to CLP then we can look forward to developments on that.

And this debt recalculation looks very interesting and potentially a company saver to me.

yes i can remember a similar rns when it was brainspark...next day it 10 bagged i believe 0.25p to 2.5p..i was out hiking when my hoodless broker phoned me...happy days

Nick this is massive news for shareholders who understand what has just transpired...if we sit at average of 1p for 10 days...that gives us 5p conversion price...if we hit 2p then conversion is 10p...if 3p then 15p...and if we hit 8p to 10p then conversion price is 40p to 50p...

If we get the land back and even get back 2 of the cases settled where we are owed cash. Then 8p is easily achievable...that means bonds convert at 40p... so for £9million bonds 22.5million shares issued!!!

Sounds like the company is wanting to make the bond holder conversion terms more in favour of reducing the company's debt liability (though at bondholders expense, of whom the biggest is also a big shareholder).

We know the main bond holder is very supportive and has already converted debt at much higher than mkt cap prices of the shares before.

A good RNS and hopefully the other bondholders will support it.

I wish the company would release this stuff during mkt hours or early am, instead.

Seems like good news. Any conversion of bonds into new shares will be at a premium to the 10 day average share price

The appeal gets us back to where we were before the strange auction that attempted to undersell the Mediapolis land.

Could do with some news from the other legal pursuits also. Could be interesting tomorrow am.

the co. have played a blinder with their mm mates...the mm's got to screw people out all off last week at lower share price and having accumulateddall that stock you will need to pay more to get back in for the 20million land bonus:)

absolutely fantastic news...the ones who sold to get back lower and sold at 0.7p or lower they are going to be caned...the lucky ones who sold out at 0.9p and above they now have a nice easy 50% ride back up at least:)

Appeal against Result of Mediapolis Land Auction

Further to the Companys announcement dated 26 July 2018 the board of Clear Leisure Plc (AIM: CLP) announces that the Company has filed an appeal against the result of the auction and the decision of the auctioneer to reject the Companys request to have the land assigned.

The Companys Italian lawyers, having received a copy of the minutes of the auction and the reasoning on which the auctioneers decision to reject the assignment request was based, have advised that the decision and the result of the auction can be challenged.

The Company will issue further updates in due course.

Just to add to my last comment I think you and I both agree this price is not a fair reflection on the current situation. It should be at least 100% above the current price alone. The fact that it is not, tells me someone is desperately trying to buy and they are going to the seventh level to remove day traders by giving them pain. Why not? day traders screw me and you over everyday! This is a kind pay back for them. Medium and long term holders will be ultimately rewarded. MM are blatantly too obvious sometimes and by dropping it to here tells me all I need to know. I am countingcards! LOL
