Unfortunately it feels that this may just drift off into obscurity. I like investing a small British companies with growth potential, but maybe there are better opportunities out there....

It took me a while to digest the rns, which isn't exactly rosey and leaves some unanswered questions re Beyond Air. I'm expecting the share price to drift now, possibly down to fill the gap produced 09 April. But a stunning rns would of course change all that.

Valuation

We leave our target price under review.

Comparable companies, with gross margins in the 70-75% range, trade on 2-3 year prospective EV/Sales multiples of c.2.5-6.0x (pre-COVID multiples).

Applying these multiples to a revenue base of c.£35m would imply an EV for Circassia of c.£90-210m,or c.25-60p per share.

The situation on Niox hasn't really changed since update 9 April. At least extra funds , if needed, are fixed at 24.6p. My thoughts are once the business is cleaned up, a buyer will come along. May take 12 mths, so not a punting stock. Surprised by fall today.
