01/6/2020 10:44 | It stated in proposed transfer of assets on 9th Apr it would publish its annual results in June. Now the transfer of assets is done, hopeful the management will give us an actual date? | smithless

18/5/2020 15:40 | I see can't do end of year to busy sorting out share options ,not even a date very poor PR. | pooroldboy55
15/5/2020 05:26 | Do you mean the same MTC that has doubled in the last week? and the same JOG that is on my bowl watchlist? your tip comes a bit late, but thanks all the same. Apart from Griffiths there are a number of institutions recently invested here Very sorry for your loss in MTC, or whatever it was, but it's always a good idea to keep a judicious eye on ones investments. 14/5/2020 22:10 | shardview, no news and as today's close was below the open 09 April, I would expect it to test the 50 dma. As you say, the management are well invested, so just a waiting game. GLA | judge grinder
14/5/2020 16:40 | Surprised to see this back at 23p. Perhaps 28p was a bit rich, given that it had been sub 13, but I thought it would hold 25-26. Instead, it's dived through. I'm reasonably happy to continue holding. The management have plenty of skin in the game, with director buys at 23p only a month ago - it's hard to see that much can have changed in such a short period. However, some stability would be appreciated! | shardview
12/5/2020 07:54 | I'm more than happy to be invested here it just seems strange to me that there is no date for end of year , what's the problem or just very very poor PR ? | pooroldboy55
11/5/2020 23:05 | Not worth a penny over a penny and imho another one for the knackers yard 😲 | rbonnier
11/5/2020 19:07 | from the other board The Options will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable until the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. Vesting is subject to either the price of an Ordinary Share reaching 62.4p for at least 30 consecutive dealing days or a liquidity event occurring above this level. The above quote from recent rns is I think an indication of things to come. The new business should be less cyclical. The above option deal reminds me of similar options at Bioquell- this rocketed a while after grant. I mention this as the finance director hails from Bioquell. Short term, who knows......long term this should reward the patient. | johnhelme2704
11/5/2020 19:06 | I agree...but we will all be fine....relax, dont look and within 18 months we will be over 62.5p/////that is what the new mgt need to exercise their (considerable) options....just like they did the last time they worked with Griffiths I believe Its my biggest holding by far. They have no debt so not going bust....I dont give it more than a passing thought and know we will triple our money before too long This really isnt one to worry over imho | johnhelme2704
11/5/2020 18:48 | Well if they know what's happening and we don't that just can't be right if they are telling main shareholders and not private investors | pooroldboy55
11/5/2020 18:26 | I don’t condone or agree with their approach BUT the vast majority of the shares are in the hands of Richard Griffiths and institutions. They will all know what is happening It’s just us pi’s who are in the dark but I don’t believe we have any importance to cir in the greater plan | johnhelme2704
11/5/2020 16:24 | Received an email back from them confirming that no results announcement planned for May | wongste
11/5/2020 07:24 | Yes you wonder what's going on 5 months after end of year and no date , yes it could be down to coronavirus if so say so. But just sending out a bland email like that makes one question the management. | pooroldboy55
08/5/2020 12:25 | I had exactly the same email yesterday | 100egs
08/5/2020 01:14 | Not very helpful really that response. They could have said like, before the end of May or something. | pro_s2009

05/5/2020 10:58 | HI zho Yes i know what the trading year is, just wondering when results would be announced. As for being delayed re Covid -19 why would that be and should there not have been a RNS telling us or even something on their web site. Cheers POB | pooroldboy55 |
