Strange you missed the important bit out ...

"Further to the announcement of 30 November 2016, the Directors of Churchill Mining Plc (AIM: CHL) wish to advise that its lawyers, Clifford Chance LLP, have been provided with notice of the ICSID Tribunal's ("Tribunal") intention to issue its decision on the Republic of Indonesia's Forgery Dismissal Application on Tuesday 6 December 2016."

The ICSID will issue it's decision on Tuesday ... not Monday to be ready for Tuesday ... so Tuesday for them starts in Tuesday afternoon for us.

I think THAT is quite clear IMHO

The fact that CHL are suspending from 7:30am does not mean they will already have the decision ... it is in preparation for receiving it in the afternoon.

suspended Tue morning yes but what time tue chl will receive news from Icsid we dont know ?

It is quite clear. The RNS says:

"A temporary suspension in trading of the Company's shares on AIM will take effect from 7.30am on Tuesday 6 December 2016."

So not Tue afternoon when US opens or Wed morning. It will be Tue morning.

They said they would receive the decision on Tue but maybe that is American Tuesday so it might not be till Tue afternoon our time ?

Nope I think it will be wednesday.Jurisdiction verdict was officially due on Monday but RNs came out Tuesday afternoon.So I can bet RNs will be released on wednesday of verdict.

3.30pm would suit me fine Debbie - I've been here for years through the doldrums and can't believe it will come to a head when I am basically "incommunicado" !

Not to worry though - the outcome matters more than me knowing what it is and I should be online from about 9.30 -9.45am that day.

My own view is that the urgency for an RNS on the decision is removed once the shares are suspended. The company can't be accused of anything improper so long as the market knows before the shares start trading again.

Well if they say Tuesday it will be during the day and not late on Monday (UK) time for an issuance of the decision.

So could be Tuesday afternoon before we know the decision.

When the license was revoked we got a surprise rns app 9.30 and an rns app 3.30 explaining and saying that suspension would be lifted in 30 mins.
I suppose this time it will have to do with how simple it is but if it goes on for too long I will e thinking maybe its detrimental to ROI and they could be hammering out a T/O deal :-)

So Tuesday it is for the decision. It's been a long wait. Unfortunately for me I have a commitment on Tuesday morning I can't get out of until about 9.30am, so I will be trying to read on the phone. Not ideal, but can't be helped.

I wonder though if we might be waiting quite a while until (a) the decision is actually received by CHL on Tuesday and (b) they have time to digest it and lift the suspension.

Can anybody recall what time the previous decisions came in at ?

FWIW I don't blame the board for doing it this way, even if it might make for a peculiar couple of trading days between now and the suspension. Nobody will be able to say they suddenly got locked in against their will (widows & orphans etc should leave by the nearest exit now....), nor will anybody be able to accuse CHL of being leaky on the content of the decision, as the confidentiality of same is the responsibility of ICSID until it is sent to parties. So all in it is pretty much as I expected from the BOD, and if they had done it differently they would be open to criticism (or worse, accusations of improper conduct).

As p@ says the AGM info is being proved correct so far. Long may that continue....

I am £130 pp and hold £2,500 worth of shares.
If I increased pp to much I could bankrupt myself.
I have had to put a stop to increasing anymore. As my credit is pretty good at the moment and I want to keep it that way.
