If dealings are open tomorrow then the price should start at 40p+. As we now have seen the huge delayed trades from yesterday or maybe days ago, IMHO.

Earlier this week

ROI already know the result and they now know how long it is likely to be before they are exposed for what they are. Under those circumstances the biggest buyers this week will be ROI. I assume chl will also keep an eye on the market and should the buying increase beyond reason, chl might even suspend dealing before receipt of the notice, they most certainly will suspend share eealings the minute the notice is to hand.

If a takeover is suggested by a third party, chl are in no rush to sell. Should the,
DECISION ON INDONESIAN FORGERY DISMISSAL APPLICATION go chl way, time is not an issue, nor is the drip drip of bad publicity that ROI would have to endure.

The price i bought in to achieve is £8.50 a share. I can wait or preferably get an offer very soon.

I dont invest to lose, ever. Oxus was my first loss, i was due one, this is a winner.
I dont ever contemplate losing, but if i do? Next case.

Like the sound of a takeover. Would be easiest and most facesaving. Anything North of £1 would suit for me. Only a few days left now. Maybe suspended tomorrow.

12% interest on $1.3bn possible over the full term, ok so its not nailed on, but that MUST concentrate the roi mindset.

Plenty of companies in ROI currently buying up mines and with the help of ROI money.

Would'nt want to be out of this at anytime, takeover action now a possibility.

Pat, yes it looks that way. Hopefully the indications that the result is damning will mean things move very very quickly from here.

ROI friendly buyer would be for the best. Does sort of vindicate my assertion that roi would be buyers of chl shares.
