I agree- But we might be able to see on the ICSID web site sometime on Tuesday afternoon/evening?
Hence whole point of suspending- so that those reading web don`t get a heads up if market open.

got a feeling this about to tank, should be a lot higher by now if news was good, news normaly leaks, and this seems to be suckering everyone in to get rich quick scenario, I smell a RAT.

Out Of Court (OOC) settlements and return to shareholder:

Some interesting comments regards this. NS stated he doubted ROI would settle easily OOC as they have been nothing more than difficult and evasive all the way through the process. Politically the current President of Indonesia (Pres Wikodo) has to weigh up pro’s and con’s having this information on forgery aired publically (hurtful for foreign investors) and the upside of naming and shaming his arch political rival General Pabrowo who came second in the last general election.

DQ said most likely return of funds to shareholders would be via a face saving move by a ROI friendly organisation taking over CHL.

This reallly would be the best solution it T/O by ROI friendly co.
It would not be recorded in ICSID history as a loss or OOC but annulled maybe with a note to say taken over.
A deal could possibly be negotiated to pay us and something to Nusantara AND the state keep a good %age.
Dont knoow how long it would take them to see sense if they lose ?


Although we were sueing for the value as the project was revoked a T/O would be in line with market prices today.
Pre market I posted details of a T/O in Jan this year with its total reserves compared to ours.
I also posted a coal price graph for this year.
From that info alone it can be seen that they could find a bidder that would pay us fairly and keep everybody happy.

Nope, they wont be able to appeal decision according to our lawyers and DQ.

Both of them assuming the delay in verdict was because they want the decision to be airtight.

the ICSID Ruling/document will have an abstract/summary

CHL will then RNS result, while still suspended, and provide additional/supplementary RNS about the specifics etc

RNS 1- THE RESULT IS .......

RNS 2- FURTHER TO REVIEW OF THE DETAILED RULING BY ICSID, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPORT THAT--- (all depends on WIN or LOSS)---. the board will be undertaking (appeal/resumption of original arbitration (delete as appropriate). (If win) The board anticipates (and will request the ICSID) that the arbitration process proceed without much delay, given the evidence already provided in the lengthy forgery allegations and proceedings.

HERE'S HOPING!
If we have won, then this will take a further 6-9 months, during which ROI have every opportunity to initiate OOC settlement.

So if we have won, then today (or perhaps tuesday) will be like when your wife first told you that she was having ur first-born----

there is a lot of bullishness here..and yes we all agree we deserve to win...but if roi have a man on icsd and we do then its all based on one bloke..so it will be a lot closer than we think
lets not get too excited by todays price rise as its not really relevent unless you are a seller NOW!!!

ascent could be 1 to 2 months away from producing gas...however VOG started producing and price went down albeit in a hot country...Slovenia is about 30 degrees colder in winter so alot more customers no doubt

There is also the possibility that the decision is forwarded late pm in Washington after our close. This would give the BOD and lawyers all night to write up the RNS.
