So they should be notified at some point tomorrow so either expect an RNS after market close with a suspension until either Mon or Wed depending on whether the weekend is counted within the '3 days notice given' before the decision is made available on the ICSID website.

Award - ICSID Convention Arbitration

There is only one award in an ICSID case, and it is the Tribunal's last decision which disposes of the case. Any other ruling before the final award, such as a decision on liability, is not considered an award, and recourse cannot be taken against it until after the award is rendered.

If a Tribunal issues a decision on jurisdiction upholding its jurisdiction, such decision forms part of the eventual award. If a Tribunal decides that it has no jurisdiction, it renders an award.

The award is final and binding and can be recognized and enforced in any ICSID Member State. There is no appeal against an award, but there are limited post-award remedies available under the Convention.

I would welcome feedback from anybody there today - although I would be surprised if there is anything other than a few formalities, and an expression of confidence in the outcome of the case from DQ.

It's a shame ICSID have delayed - it would have been good to have the AGM with the judgement available.

As it is we are all still in limbo and the AGM will just now be a formality, I expect.

Are you going to the AGM? Perhaps you could ask the BoDs your question about ROI buying the shares....See if ROI appear on the share register?

I suspect you won`t want to be laughed out of the room- So I`m guessing you`re not planning on it?

Do you ever stress test your opinions/ideas against what then happens in reality? IE learn from what happens? Because it appears to me that you just continue to spout complete non-sense most of the time, despite what actually happens in the real world....Just an observation.- I can give you examples if you wish.

I wouldn't worry about red ticks, it's just a nonsense, clearly anyone who agrees with your way of thinking will tick up, and those that don't tick down, its just stupid and means nothing.

And only blue posters can tick down, whereas all posters can tick up, it's totally meaningless and another way ADVFN are trying to make people subscribe.
