why would Mr Faruk be so negative about Prabowa and Noor. Mr Noor is the son of a farmer came from a humble background. He owns an aircraft! How did he manage that?

Mr Faruk thinks both are corrupt, that's from an Indonesian. We know that!

This is new about Mr Faruks testimony, was never mentioned previously, the gloves are off.

interesting the 3 questions were put to both parties, so that they cant be any appeals. BUT only Chl can appeal.

I'm taking that as a BIG positive.

Will write notes up on the train. Just to add they believe 3 day notice period could include the weekend. Once they have the decision they will suspend to digest the news and write an appropriate RNS. Suspension will be for around 1 day so probably Monday or Tuesday.

Both DQ and the ex litigation QC were very confident of winning, the only thing they would not predict was Indo's next ploy or timelines.

I would like to learn please if CHL thought that if we have won this stage would the logging position cause a difficulty or were they confident that this could be won too?
