Tivoli, facts as they stand are not negative, just factual. I did not write the icsid rules, they are what they are. That was why Noor found a no show, his best option, and why D.q. Was livid when Noor didnt show, because D.Q. knew he had lost a big chance to crucify Noor, as it stands now, the lies Noor told in his evidence are omitted.

With regard to am i still positive? My holding of a significant number says i am, more to be added wed. I will post the exact amount when i buy. It will end in 7 just so you know.

Churchill are allowed to make inferences from the absence of requested ROI documents and have done so (according to DQ). Likewise inferences will also be made from CHL's legal team regarding the absence of Isran Noor's evidence despite the panel even offering him the opportunity to use a video link. Much of ROI's case replied on statements and claims he made but ROI will of course not be able to rely on those as they have been struck out.

People do change their opinions over time when they have lost hope and probably a lot of money; many will become bearish whereas others become bullish. But at the end it’s their prerogatives and each to their own.
