Unobtrusive buying has been the order of the day since May, we now have a floor of 25p a ridiculous figure if the much touted 18 months to 2 years figure before payment is to be believed, if we win.
OOC settlement is a certainty purely based on the aforementioned unobtrusive buying, somebody knows whats going on, i am just guessing, but commonsense would say that a low of 25p speaks volumes, and still the buying goes on.

To say that the price rise is due to impending forgery announcement is a falsehood, because on its own it will mean, ROI are cheats and fraudsters, everybody knows that now, we dont need a tribunal to tell us. The announcement would just bring us to the next stage of the hearing and even more waiting.

For the price to be where it is today can mean one thing only, OOC settlement is being thrashed out right now.

dont put too much into chl, try MAYA. Listed last year at £1.30, very limited stock available. Directors currently buying back 4.2m shares. Currently 82% stock is not in public hands, once buyback complete on 8% in public hand.

As Mr Buffet says "Dont put all your eggs in one basket".
