Well probably because the stock is quasi-suspended until further news comes forth.Directors can't take a salary when theres nothing to do and in the hands of the litigators.They simply take share options in lieu of a salary, whatever the outcome.

DQ is key - he should know better than anyone what is and has been going on. Therefore, why would he and (other directors) forego a justifiable salary for several years if he did not believe Churchill would win?

On that point, Indonesia made a statement in june 2015, saying chl was not being accused of fraud by ROI. then ROI brought the forgery charge against chl.

It is my understanding that forgery is fraud, how on earth have ROI managed to clear chl of fraud yet then accused chl of forgery, Not unlike Alice in wonderland, curiouser and curiouser.

May/jun/july 2015 the MM's must have taken a bath, the price went to 50p and the selling must have caught them cold, obviously mm's got left with plenty at top price, therefore no chances being taken this time around.

Roi have twisted, lied, undermined the tribunal at every corner.

After the forgery results we will have good feeling which way this one will definitely pan out.

Another option available to chl is Estoppel, chl invested in good faith, no one knew about this world class reserve when chl purchased license. It was only when chl invested and found it everyone in roi started having fetishes.

But I believe chl will "walk the authenticity phase".

Chl licenses are logged in the east kutai registry. The issue are those ridlatama licenses (early ones).

All will be a lot clearer, shortly.

Must say DQ credibility will be on the line, but I think we will be alright.

But we all have to remember if roi had strong case why default on the payment due? Why not force Mr Noor to attend? This is not the sort of behaviour from a defendant who has strong case.

T traders will be calculating the days and exposure.
No T traders today and have only noticed a small proportion in last few trading sessions.
Would expect to see a much larger proportion by early next week unless we have a sudden change before then.

ICSID have to make a decision, application is dismissed or not, very simple.

Worse case, CHL will still have a case even with some shady business in the past by ridlatama, and i am confident they will get more than current mkt cap.

Prabowo, Noor and his cronies are shivering in their boots.

I think theoretically the result of the forgery dismissal could be black white or any shade of grey inbetween.
Most of us I think expect a win but who knows there could be a little touch of grey to go with it ?
