Do directors watch the share price daily and think they should sell £5k's worth to stop the share price rising...thus valuing his remaining 400k+ holding at less??

theorb - I was replying to the post of neo26 speculating that the sale by Radke was a suggestion by the directors that they did not want the price to rise too much.I personally do not think funds need to be raised at this stage.

Unlucky,
I cant think that the directors would do anything at this very 'price sensitive' time that could be construed as influencing the market there is too much at stake!

they could have easily raise money before forgery decision but Quinny did say he will think after the hearing. At present they have more than enough to start the merit and quantum stage, so dont worry about that.

I can't think of one justifiable reason as to why the directors would want to hold the price down unless they are planning another placing for themselves and friends at as low a price as they can get away with.They do have form for this don't forget.

Thats the only logical conclusion i can take, why would a director sell a timid 20k shares, in the past this has moved on speculation Maybe they dont want this moving so much. I think sept will be different. I hold and im comfortable holding. But one can assume no settlement talks before verdict.

neo ... in topsy turvy world (esp. financial markets) you can't conclude anything. We have no idea on the motive of this small sale. You can look at it from another angle, to trigger liquidity by small PI sells, perhaps?! You never know. Stay patient, stay strong.

It will be 30p on the Bid in now time here, t-trades no doubt adding to the rise here as it seems the MM's have few knocking around, bodes well for the next few weeks.

Debbie (6931)President Jokowi must take some of the responsibility. He has been in power for almost two years and also presided over the non payment of funds to the ICSID, a few months back.He could have stepped in at any time to take control.

would be nice to see the share price in the 35-40p level before the decision is made would make an excellent launch platform for a re-rating if we win.
