11/8/2016 13:45 | SXX has been a great one from 20-40p in short order...watched but missed, congrats | sportbilly1976
11/8/2016 13:26 | Are you still holding SXX stephen ? Thats been a great buy for me. Only bought a few weeks ago. | oggyrocks
11/8/2016 13:23 | Tend to agree with Ross. £1-2 range. £2 more likely than £1. Could be much higher however. ROI will still have the asset, so its not as if its a loss amount for them. Should be a good few weeks and see the next resistant point at 36p now. Then 50p. It could break these before the result. I have 20% of holding that looking to offload. But as we are now moving higher I will hold these for a little longer. | oggyrocks
11/8/2016 13:19 | OOC is the holy grail, immediate cash payment of agreed amount. Share price would shoot to something like 90% of offer price, instantly on announcement. No messing around chasing assets should indonesians decide to play hardball. | stephen1946
11/8/2016 13:10 | Yes they do, they have already set aside money for litigation/claims they are expecting. Don't forget they can go an resell the CHL licenses for a lot more. £2-3 is certainly not unrealistic, its reasonable for both parties. That's what negotiation is all about. Time will tell. OOC is on cards imho. dyor. | frrinvest
11/8/2016 13:08 | Very well put ross. They also did a deal recently with Dodgy Dave for £bn's in loans. | stephen1946
11/8/2016 13:00 | But do they have that sort of money to cough up? I doubt it. | cool hand kev
11/8/2016 12:51 | For info for those new to this thread with reference to the post above: Current market cap (at 27p) - £39.83mln (say £40mln) Current Fx £1:$1.30, so $1.3bln ~ £1bln and with interest $1.6bln ~ £1.23bln so the full claim is in the region of 25-30x the current sp All down to the fogery claim and if an OOC settlement comes forward the amount proposed by the ROI and agreed with DQ | sportbilly1976
11/8/2016 12:42 | Ross, i cant believe you had the neck to post that! Think it, keep it to yourself, yes of course but to put such a comment in print for future reference is silly, no absurd. The original claim of $1.3bn included interest. We now at this point have further interest charges to add on which is roughly $1.6bn total, your regular piece of "it will probably be a further 18months to 2 years before the case is concluded" well if thats is the case make it $1.8bn. With the extra interest, So you are happy with a figure of $80m. ROI must wish they had a darling like you to negotiate with. I will not, and have not set myself a figure to put in print but i will say now, it will not, will not be, $80m. Do not forget the realistic threat made by D.Q. if they question $1.3bn total, a reapraisel will be made which could top $2bn plus interest. That eye watering sum is real, i am afraid yours belong in disney world. Imho. | stephen1946
11/8/2016 12:34 | rossaman, what %age of the claim do you feel is "realistic" in terms of offered by ROI and accepted by DQ?? | sportbilly1976
11/8/2016 12:30 | It was trading at £1.50 once upon a time. So it should be above this figure. Impossible to judge, but it must be a decent payout if we win. Don't think it would be unreasonable to expect this. However I am used to disappointment !!! | oggyrocks
11/8/2016 12:28 | Is £2- £3 unrealistic? I don't believe it is. | coley15
11/8/2016 12:04 | Think we might all be happy with £2-3 I would be on the first flight to somewhere amazing for a few months. | oggyrocks
11/8/2016 11:57 | Best outocome OOC... probably heading that way me thinks! CHL asking c.£4, settle between £2-£3. Everyone's Winner (Hot Chocolate)! | frrinvest
11/8/2016 10:47 | This is just following the $ | dandick
11/8/2016 10:27 | So after the OXUS Debacle has any company one a similar case? As I wouldn't want to loose another shirt :-( | cool hand kev
11/8/2016 10:21 | i like this, :) its only going up. | neo26
11/8/2016 09:57 | The share price rose by 20-30 daily for 3 days before jurisdiction decision if i recall so this is just a little nudge. | pug151
11/8/2016 09:55 | If we have the 1v1 of active market makers, then the one typically on the offer must be running low as they seem to be jumping recently (hence the increase in spread). | sportbilly1976
11/8/2016 09:54 | or may be today lol | pb01
11/8/2016 09:48 | yep 30 pence looks very possible in the next few trading sessions. | pb01 |
