OOC settlement is an absolute certainty, imho. ROI do brinksmanship, as is evident from the way they withheld tribunal payment until the last minute. Also accusations of various misdemeanors by CHL are made then after a short time are proved false or just withdrawn. ROI are cheats, liars and fraudsters running a gangster style despotic regime.

Could be but there are many factors to consider.
First of all it depends IF WE WIN
Then if many take quickly made gains others could jump in for the re-raing .perhas 1/3 of payout expectation.
Then of course OOC fever could take over ?
1 thing is for sure and that is it never comes how you think when all best plans are made .

We can already sell for what we paid for yesterday.
Therefore there is no bull trap here.

I bet you waiting for the case to be won, so then you can start deramping at around 60p by saying it was only a side show, and the real issue is the enviromental issue.

While the truth is the case is not about that, and the odds by then will be around 95% in our favour.

that roi not going to dispute the figures, they are not stupid. At the time coal prices were over $100 for a tonne.

All irrelevant to us but surely making ROI think about it when prices have gone up by 30% since May and so much is in limbo there for different reasons.

can't remember exact figures but multi $bn pa revenue over a long life span of mine/ reserve. If ROI lose they still get this "world class" asset!

As a reminder and taken from the feasibility report:

Yes totally irrelevant to us I know but the project is now worth more to the Indonesians or Roi if they revoke the license from Nusantara.

It seems they are now settling for the same price. As it is still saving them .1p plus the telephone charges.

All the sells are just selling to move their cash into an ISA or gaining extra time on a T deal without any expense.
For example they sell at 24.5p and wait for 24.25p to buy them back.
This way they are not paying telephone charges to roll over a T deal.
