Just to let you know that this filtered cretin says Churchill is looking good for the spike to 280. Thought you should know. As it is so upsetting when they deramping, and it feels more positive to think they been bullish just as many times as they have been negative.

The biggest deramper has to be Debbie_goes_to_dallas. As that one has idiot deramping material about monkeys, and says this forgery verdict is only a side show. We know this is not true and if we win this. Then its a 95% chance that Churchill have won the whole thing.

I dont think anyone actually read my first post on this matter but quite simply, ROI intend to unilaterally revoke ALL mining licenses and issue new ones which will not have any onerous clauses that would make supervision by ROI difficult.
The mining companies have of course gone ballistic and have joined forces to fight this in the courts of ROI. The matter has disappeared from the press since the original publication because the matter is now, sub judice.


At the last count 16 mining companies are in the court action. They want the demand to revoke contracts rescinded.

..in that case it is probably a recognition finally of how much this case is going to cost the ROI and the potential cost could they decide to revoke licences once these new Companies discover minerals etc which were sold by the State

The link on post6753 is tied into the indonesian miners dispute that is going to court at sometime in the future, the dispute is over the ROI attempt to change ALL current indonesian miners, Contracts of work(COW), and to cancel the ability to take any disputes to, ICSID.
ROI want to limit such disputes to the indonesian courts only.

This is according to ROI press a direct result of the Churchill case, read into that, what you will, but i consider it an admission of guilt.

Unfortunatly for the other indonesian mining companies, their case will be heard in an indonesian court where justice depends on how much you can afford to pay the judge.

Re the link on post 6753, I notice the RCEP is due to be discussed in just over a week's time (15th - 19th August)

I wonder whether the ROI will want to have this case settled ahead of that (especially as Australia will be participating and the CHL claim involves an Aussie mining Co)?

Was asleeep most of the afternoon but seems to be same old story.
mm that was on the bid switched to offer side so 2 main players both there leaving a more or less non player on bid side.
This usually turns out to be temporary but today there were no buyers around.
Never mind most are confident that things are looking up and not worried about the fluctuations.
