Stephanie can you tell us why you feel hard done when you bought CHL after a claim was initiated.

That's the point, if they exist, and they made that statement, why not name them?

I think he just made it up, but am prepared to be corrected if he can name the analysts concerned, and I can find the statements they made.

Do you mean the interim PROCEDURAL hearing result due shortly???

No way is it funded to full arbitration hearing, please see last results.

They spend in admin per year 1.2 million quid and don't even have that figure in cash right now even after raising the last chunk.
Hearing date has not even been set yet and then the 18 month wait for the result of that.

How are they going to do all this without raising yet more cash??

expect at least another 3- 4 placings before the result in 2-3 years time.

The bod are desperate for cash and that is why every single spike is used to place shares,you have been warned.

this is a complicated case this can go on for years, with years of dilution. mkt cap of 30m will probably be 10m, Roi delaying and sucking chl dry..

They don't name them! I wonder why?

I suggest he just dreampt that up himself! It reads as though it were written by a penny share punter trying to ramp up the stock.

Put some REAL FACTS in, name the analysts, then I might give it some credibility, but not before.

This looks like the usual trick to try and attract visitors and "hits" to a website by writing what people want to hear rather than actual facts.
