21/4/2016 12:04 | This share is proving to be a traders nightmare, i cannot pretend to be anything other than pleased, as a lth i am not happy with the false dawn that keeps appearing then deflated when the herd migrates. Hopefully now that many traders are being caught out and losing plenty with daily ups and down of 3p-8p these sort of fluctuations will make the herd think twice before taking a chance, and as the share slowly climbs and sits in the 25p-35p so the risk increases enormously for the traders. like i said, i will be delighted when events move the share, not traders. | stephen1946
21/4/2016 11:22 | Rule 42 Default(1) If a party (in this Rule called the "defaulting party") fails to appear or to present its case at any stage of the proceeding, the other party may, at any time prior to the discontinuance of the proceeding, request the Tribunal to deal with the questions submitted to it and to render an award. (2) The Tribunal shall promptly notify the defaulting party of such a request. Unless it is satisfied that that party does not intend to appear or to present its case in the proceeding, it shall, at the same time, grant a period of grace and to this end: (a) if that party had failed to file a pleading or any other instrument within the time limit fixed therefor, fix a new time limit for its filing; or (b) if that party had failed to appear or present its case at a hearing, fix a new date for the hearing. The period of grace shall not, without the consent of the other party, exceed 60 days. (3) After the expiration of the period of grace or when, in accordance with paragraph (2), no such period is granted, the Tribunal shall resume the consideration of the dispute. Failure of the defaulting party to appear or to present its case shall not be deemed an admission of the assertions made by the other party. (4) The Tribunal shall examine the jurisdiction of the Centre and its own competence in the dispute and, if it is satisfied, decide whether the submissions made are well-founded in fact and in law. To this end, it may,at any stage of the proceeding, call on the party appearing to file observations, produce evidence or submit oral explanations. | shwetal

21/4/2016 10:06 | Daddy Warbucks I very much doubt anyone is buildIng a stake..there is just a lot of interest here and as we approach 20p there will always be buyers as the long term value here is massive | patviera
21/4/2016 10:01 | Daddy, i believe the latter. The buying would become quite regular towards a good settlement, ROI do seem to be fearless and ignore ethics and regulation. | stephen1946
21/4/2016 09:55 | Before anyone says it's only 11 grands worth, it is the number of larger shares which are being reported which makes me wonder. | daddy warbucks
21/4/2016 09:53 | Another 50k of shares to someone. It does appear that in the background there are people accumulating sizeable holding(s).Could it be the ROI? Or a consortium of people working for the ROI? | daddy warbucks

21/4/2016 09:38 | Stephanie as a confirmed idiot from a "first world country", don't worry your likes are the majority in any country. The likes of you, Inbred Tpau the coward Nonce, diddigoon & Baxtoon have been breeding uncontrollably dragging productivity, PPP, GNP down. Funny enough a goon like you, want "ignorant third world" countries monies. LOL. BR does not discriminate against the poor, the rich, the idiots or the intelligent. Everyone will get tax. Hope this helps | bad robot
21/4/2016 09:06 | The negative attitude of ROI towards the payment must be a precursor to something positive, after all we are not talking ignorant third world idiots, more like, educated, worldwise politicians. The whole thing currently is totally illogical. | stephen1946
21/4/2016 08:41 | I'll second that - yesterday was a 'mare of a day as far as the number of idiots was concerned. I have to admit to not reading all the readable posts as a result since I didn't have the time but I am sure I didn't miss too much! | weegeordie
21/4/2016 08:32 | Happy to oblige, you are doing a sterling job debs in keeping an orderly thread, cheers. | stephen1946
