08/9/2015 09:04 | DDDTI would ask for a refund on that level 2 subscription. It doesn't appear to be working. And before you say it, just like my '1' share news prediction. I know. We all get it wrong!Good luck anyway. | ![]() daddy warbucks
08/9/2015 08:52 | for anyone without level 2 Following those 26k sales Just one market maker left on 26p, then its 24p. | debbie_does_dallas_twice

Is it not the case that comments like yours dont belong on here anymore, this is now (post Debbiegee) a friendly free board where all opinions can be aired without silly comments like that. If you want one way and comprehensively proved incorrect ramping please post on the other thread. Regards The doc. | evil_doctor_facilier
08/9/2015 08:29 | ED, So do I. | ![]() andy
08/9/2015 08:08 | Yes Andy, agree , however that could be said about virtually any stock, I think the odds are in favor of no news on settlement for a long time and even the last procedural hearing outcome not expected till December. I suspect this will be in the teens by then. | evil_doctor_facilier

07/9/2015 17:47 | Absolutely. I wonder if some of the placing shares from earlier this year are being sold off? Quite a long selloff now, but of course no news is expected imminently, so the hot money will be elsewhere until closer to news, I would imagine. | ![]() andy
07/9/2015 16:52 | I believe the ticking clock delay tactics have been mentioned before When you have legal beagles to pay at £600 per hr plus expenses , money soon goes. | ![]() buywell3
07/9/2015 16:29 | Evil Doc, Yes the chart does look horrid, and this is of course a news driven stock, so an RNS would send the chart in one direction or the other very quickly, depending upon the contents, so dangerous to make an investment decision based solely on the chart. The fear must be the Indonesians will try and prolong the issues to drain CHL of funds. When there is a period without news the price often falls back, and when news arrives it's ramped up for a while, then allowed to drift again. Some are trading this up and down IMO. | ![]() andy

07/9/2015 15:30 | Chart looks horrid now since mid June. Looks like a swift drop down will occur if this level is not held. This could be in the teens again very soon now the totally unsubstantiated story of settlement talks are well and truly being discounted from the frothy share price. | evil_doctor_facilier
07/9/2015 15:07 | Well - this is the 3rd attempt at 26p within the last 10 days. If it can stay above its a positive. Its if falls below then it will drop to 22p. Did see OXS open down 7% and thought that CHL would probably end up dropping that amount as well. Unfortunately true on that prediction. | ![]() oggyrocks

07/9/2015 13:18 | And then what? | ![]() cool hand kev
07/9/2015 11:21 | Looks like these will be testing 22p to complete the head and shoulders that we see so often on small cap aim stocks. | evil_doctor_facilier
06/9/2015 10:08 | Some of debs alias exposed. Goldenhello and weegeordie were formed by debs and back in 2011 she brought them out on the CHL thread to pad the thread. You see back then she was the only person posting on the CHL thread and YES back then still the same offering the same endless "settlement tomorrow" posts. (If you are on the other thread, it's important you wipe that fact from your mind) For a long time back in 2011 Debbie was talking to herself using these two names on this thread. Like all made up names narcissism takes over and the debs can not stop herself from using her made up names to continually back up, agree or mention herself in virtually every post of the made up alias. Check out goldenhello below ,it's last 7 posts, 6 of them mention Debbie- thank Debbie or ask Debbie a question!! When was the last time a genuine normal poster did that? goldenhello - 02 Sep 2015 - 15:05:44 - 71 of 106 Many thanks Debbie -------------------- goldenhello - 02 Sep 2015 - 15:05:05 - 70 of 106 Thanks Debbie. People who have been involved in this share for the last few years will know that we have a potentially once in a lifetime opportunity here. Your analysis has always been spot on Debbie. If people knew the potential here the share would be over £1 now. Good luck to all holders. -------------------- New Churchill Mining Thread - CHL goldenhello - 02 Sep 2015 - 14:47:33 - 68 of 106 What targets did Zak suggest Debbie? -------------------- goldenhello - 13 Aug 2015 - 13:49:31 - 23334 of 24012 Debbie makes a good point because awareness of the potential to the masses would see price doubling in the stampede -------------------- goldenhello - 13 Aug 2015 - 11:45:08 - 23303 of 24012 Good spot Debbie My personal favorite 'give' of the false name being usded is back from 2011 with the rampers favorite tactic,, the 'leader question', What debbs is really doing here is saying DO NOT SELL. goldenhello 10 May'11 - 13:03 - 8222 of 24011 0 0 Hi Debbie - Many thanks for all your informative posts. Big question - is it worth holding up to a £1? Is it a done deal with the licences. With the big buys in the background, is that a clear message? | debbie_does_dallas_twice

06/9/2015 08:59 | 11, Exactly right....... Has never allowed a single negative comment about CHL to pass without arguing it out and will never accept the other person may be right. CHL must be the only company in history that's always been 100% perfect! | ![]() andy

04/9/2015 17:09 | icsid tribunal article 48. should a party fail to attend, that is not taken as an admission of guilt or otherwise, in such an event the party is given a further opportunity to attend the Tribunal. At that point either party can instruct the tribunal to render the case, ongoing, and the parties then have a duty to prove their case in matters of law and fact, the tribunal will make a decision regarding evidence submitted by the party failing to attend. Churchill started this journey in june 2012. The average timescale for icsid tribunal hearings is 3yrs 6mths. Churchill was initially charged with having wrong license. | ![]() stephen1946
