looks to me that batty has a point about a possible take over. Wonder if we will hear something within the next few days??

Fascinating and just as I predicted. Pretty sure that we'll have the normal T/O RNS within the next week. No doubt in my mind that McG wants to offload. Question is at what price per share? My view is 6p but we'll see.

Canadian Health Approval


Further to the announcement made on the 25 January 2008, the Company is pleased
to announce that it has now received the required medical device licence from
the Canadian Health Authority for the Chromolite-S allowing the Company to sell
this product in Canada.

Having taken immediate action to remedy the situation, the Board expects the
deferred sales now to contribute to the financial year ending 31 December 2008.

In addition, the Company anticipates positive news on its Nlite application in
the near future and will update the market in due course.

Afternoon all. The answer to your question is Yes I do still think that McG is trying to offload CGX and everything that's happened in the last week or so enforces that belief. He's streamlined the outgoings and he's trying to get the share price up to an acceptable level. Once that happens I think we'll see some real action.
