The average district court of Colorado civil case takes 15 months to come to trial. I wonder if that is part of the plan? CHLL will be long gone by then if you read what the plaintiffs say about trading. Who will pay the hundreds of thousands just to feed the lawyers?

The amazing thing is that Swann did not make changes conditional on him adding the cash in Jan. The cash burn was so huge in the 18 months before that so it was clear a lot was wrong. Swann just gave a couple of million which has now all been spent/defalcated

At least we have seen Chills version of events. The only problem is that next we will see the Toxic Twins version of events which will be rather different. They seem to have this all planned out rather well.

Will be difficult to claim the $400k is illegal because it would have been voted by the BoD. Following company policy.
Will be difficult to reverse the Domain transfer simply because there is no jurisdiction in the US for UK domain disputes snd the transfer was authorised by the BoD
Will be difficult to get the trademarks back for same reason.
Relying on UK fiduciary responsibilities in a US court seems very tenuous. The Judge will simply say sort it out in the UK. Which means nothing because there is no recognition of hearing results between UK snd USA.

Utter governance incompetence. As I said as soon as this was announced, the Toxic Twins will empty the company because there is nothing to stop them. No remuneration committee. No board quorum. And who was the CEO? Callum. Callum “Patsy” Sommerton.
