Thanks Jonc , I actually do work with them on the food bank I volunteer for , we get calls from the Samaritans and we get together food and stuff for the people who have nothing and are desperate, we never know their name and they can anonymously turn up and take it . Do I won't need their number !You should volunteer it's so rewarding ,sadly I'll await some horrible comments on here for doing it .

As stated by the two new directors CHLL has clearly been defrauded by the transfer of the website name,trade marks etc & the payment of circa £300,000 cash has no valid legal basis.It should be possible to recover ownership of the former though the US Courts;recovering the cash may be more difficult as others have claims against the parties concerned.But meanwhile the accounts will have to be qualified re the book value of these assets until recovered.

However it is worth pointing out that millions have been leaking out of this company in not fully explained losses re stock write offs,discounts,payments to useless suppliers of services over the years etc etc.I have pointed these out at the time.At best this company has been a total shambles at worst I will leave that conclusion to the new directors.Overall more of spivs stock promote.I am sorry for those who have genuinely been misled by the total bullsh*t written by many connected to the company over the years.LOL remind me is it £20 or £30 million that has been lost to date.

JonseySee RNS and the bit about objection of the sole independent on the panelThen read the chill brands rules about the WHOLE of the panel have to agree, the go into a judges mind when this was done the night before they were ousted, we won't be renting anything my alleged fellow investor At a Board meeting held on the evening (UK time) of 3 June 2024 (the day before the GM), a resolution was proposed by Trevor Taylor for the transfer of the Domain and certain of the Company's trademarks to Chill North America, LLC ("CNA"), an entity controlled by Antonio Russo. An associated leaseback of their use to Chill Brands was also proposed. No final documents in executable form were presented to the Board and a vote of approval was forced through, despite the objections of the Company's sole independent Non-Executive Director. No disclosure was made at the Board meeting that the Domain had been transferred already from the Company to an entity controlled by Antonio Russo. The Company has initiated actions to recover the ownership of the Domain".
