Assuming that Swann and his crew are fighting the Toxic Twins because the US strategy is draining the company of cash and bad trading, then come the changing of the guard my belief is that there will be a refinancing with Swann adding more cash but taking his stake to 29.99%. He would not want more because otherwise he must buy at the highest price he has paid in the previous 12 or 18 months (cannot remember).
