I'm guessing tbe FCA will have to call in every share traded, under MAR, from the trading venue, and payment sources etc

If its found to be true, be serious questions as to why they were not reported by the venue(s)

nobby: don’t think so, the price will stabilise now but will only go on up when the market knows the two are gone. If they don’t go till September the share will tread water till then subject to any damage they inflict. They go soon the share price will rise

"But it is I think not really about Callum having done anything really serious wrong. He probably simply said too much too somebody"

Allegation is serious. Insider trading

Since when is plea of ignorance a defence? In fact, such a plea would merit sacking anyway

Cheers purchase. I know this is a piece of string question but how long is that likely to take? Who now selects the interim ceo? The two that swanny has put forward?

Callum cannot be reinstated now. The process must be followed. Those are the rules. Otherwise he can sue the company big time if it was malicious.

Feels like the US two are going to drain the coffers before their departure. Whether it be from legal costs or ‘expenses̵7;. Seems to be the consensus amongst shareholders that Callum is going to be reinstated now, but surely there’s the inside dealing allegation to deal with first? Will we be told whether the allegations were made by the US or Swanny?

Fun fact

Did you know re the past 3 decades in little caps ...

For every 1 million raised be it IPOs,dilutions, CLNs etc etc...retail have lost £2.4 million?

Hard to comprehend

Where does each 3.4 million end up if not with retail ? (Obviously )

So, staff, boards, nomads, makers, brokers media, auditors and so on ...

Any other knuts in particular?

Just came across a new movement calling for all uk retail investors not to invest in any market cap that's sub 750 million in this corrupt market

Interesting. Tbf, factually a good idea

Seems to be a movement stemming from morals so I guess it's one or all of you guys

Fair play

The facts backing it up are astounding

on the RNS it says they are listed on AIM, I know for a fact they are on the main market. Just poor management and advice. The legal advisors are listed as Field Fisher - surely they also must know better?
