CHLL press release just out, confirms a General Meeting at 10.00 am on 4/6/24. The original requisition letter resolutions proposed appointment of the two new Directors and removal of the two old ones, "with immediate effect", meaning the date of the General Meeting vote (if the resolutions are carried) so it looks as if they may not be allowed to linger on until September, as Directors. Hopefully Callum will be reinstated by the afternoon of 4/6/24.
