What should concern UK investors most, is how long CEO's last in their jobs in uk small caps.

The broad performance typically awful. So they have to be pleasing somebody right?

We are not the priority, and how they please re make money for those few, well..........

A lot to be done here to get into net operational positive free cashflows

but, all you need is a good singer..and then few hear the words

Callum had to go

he had to go just on share price performance alone

That to me is a given at any entity. Should be happening weekly in the UK

Your view is fundamental. Based upon cashflows which is right to do and always first port of call

........

The first thing to consider at such lows, is a wholly different market. Im not going into that but it is more short term. it is what always leads to spikes or continuations.

Currently, as you rightly point out, fundamentals must change... point in case

.........

As the man from del monte says:

if the x numbers are with a rise, but the fundamentals are not, believe in that rise - and then believe in the fundamentals on target strike

............

For 12s or whatever, not to be a spike, the fundamentals must change during the 'other market' phase re initial rise

if not? Dump...if so? a trade can become a hold, if changes are positive upon strike

........

But as you surely do know, fundamentals have little to do with the near term.
It is why you do not write off a rise, correct?

That rise is coming.

medium to longterm, as it stands on cashflows etc, wholly agree, 6 or 12 months down the road, it will be sub 1p as it goes today, post a rise.

So that's all it is. Not so much, differing opnions, but rather, whats about to happen, and how during that rise, the fundmamentals must shift
.
...........

BTW, i think revenues will be a pleasant surprise....maybe costs wont be but who is going to highlight those loool

This is where i see it overall pic. .

just to exclude the thought of trader only views being applied here

but we do have to take the short term first. It's a must. if something doesnt go a direction short term, there is no long term, so

Where are the instrument numbers?

So your answer to the question given is, it cant rise , right? Going on a sinker from current SP

Raises
3/4/23 £2.6m

Cash balance 31/3/23 £3.76m
Cash balance 30/9/23 £1.95m

So cash burn six months to 30/9/23 was 3.76-1.95+2.6=£4.41m
So £735k per month

26/1/24 cash raise was £2.4m. Capitalising £1.2m lent by Swann earlier plus another £1.2m cash. Plus the £1.2m facility remaining.

Therefore
Opening cash balance 1/10/23 was £1.95m
Add cash raised £2.4m
Total cash available £4.35m

If the monthly cash burn is £621k a month then all that cash is gone now.

The fundamentals are that CHLL is running out of cash and has the BoD snd investors at war because of this sad fact.

Actually 14s is too obvious a dump target here, 12s better

Dump it all at 14 if gets there. 13 to be safe

No matter what market is thinking of it if gets there, thats going to be a deepish bull retrace regardless

Then hope it does not consolidate around 12s, and you get a price around 8s that can be bought at time

That should only be 100 red thumbs lol

In saying all that, end of day, it's a uk little cap. Always best to walk on the dark side of expectation even when bullish

Not too bad here. News post holdings came without even a first breakout price, so its ok. We didnt get played as they say. Its real business occurring in that news

if you read the story via tech and fundamental, i could nearly 99% assure a big bullish move is coming. But is it pre financials? Or at? Cant really decipher that yet

But looking at flows into its market, somebody sure did get a heads up at 2nd support

imo, share price should never have got to 3.5 at that stage. Was too soon.

Anyway all in all, Its a great price today. And one that is a take break-even at worst, when strikes 3.5s again. Up to you how you read market at those times

3,50s recently was never a spike. It should never have happened at all yet - hence the news

But it will bode well short term for sure. See how goes at medium term pricing time to decide
