Cato. Your friends experience shows at a very granular level how ineffectual and sluggish Russo is. In the vape market you have to be agile to deal with ever changing regulations. Callum was on the ball, big style

Good Morning,
I post on these boards very seldom, but I hope the following might help illuminate things a little.

I got to know a bloke who runs a CBD stall in Camden Market. He seemed very switched on to both the legal and commercial considerations, so I thought I'd see if I could help both myself and the Company by trying to create a wholesale relationship for him with Chill.

Sent an email. Got a reply. Sent an email introducing Antonio and my mate to each other, explaining to each as much as possible about the other. Left them to get on with it.

Three months or so, I met up with my mate. He had sent a few emails, to which there had been one reply, requesting his phone number.

So, I got involved again, and tried to sort out the communications. - Further vague requests for email addresses, phone numbers, all of which Antonio already had.

So, I took this to Callum. Issue got addressed.

My impression is that Antonio was utterly ineffectual. Even allowing for the transition of the business to vapes from CBD products, he could have said so straight off and saved us 4 months of twiddling our thumbs. As it was, Callum said they had some CBD stock that they could supply, which took care of things.

Can't speak for the others, and Callum strikes me as a breath of fresh air, but if Johnny Swann has got the impression as to Antonio being a waste of time, space, food, money, sperm and egg, he is not alone.

Saw on the other board Taylor and Russo wasted £6m on an aborted capital injection. Half current cap value. I’m actually frightened this sort of miss management will haunt us once more

Glad to know Swannys cash is going to a needy cause. Freshfields

“These typically range from £215 to £895 per hour plus VAT and will vary depending on the seniority of the lawyers involved and other pricing factors.”

"The firm said it was engaging with relevant authorities including the Financial Conduct Authority."

That is pretty deep. I reckon they used FCA guidance for legal cover. Just have to see

it was stated the FCA was informed. Surely used for guidance?

For me it is very clear that these accusations are baseless and I cannot imagine Callum Summerton being suspended for long. In my view the control Russo and Taylor wield over the business is alarming. Their history of poor financial management and judgement has hindered the company's progress. Callum was making pivotal changes, turning around the mismanagement and introducing necessary reforms, which evidently threatened the established power dynamic. I think that we as investors must address this governance crisis and advocate for reinstating Callum to safeguard the company's future.

CleanTech Lithium has suspended chief executive Aldo Boitano after he failed to disclose a loan that used his holding in the Chile-focused group as collateral.

According to CleanTech, between 8 September 2023 and 6 February 2024 Boitano transferred his entire holding of 9.4 million shares to a custodian account nominated by the lender.

Boitano is not able to ascertain the extent to which these shares might have been transferred to a further nominee account in the name of the lender or even sold by the lender, added the statement.

Thing is guys, in most instances, the inside trading is done on expected positive news

"Ajax chief executive Alex Kroes has been suspended by the Dutch club's supervisory board over allegations of insider trading.

In a statement, the club board alleges Kroes bought more than 17,000 shares in the club a week before his appointment was announced on 2 August.

The board said it sought external legal advice which "indicates that he likely engaged in insider trading".

Ajax say they intend to sack the 50-year-old Dutchman."

Thats the weird part. UK litte shares are wholly corrupt, but rarely a whistle blown

What exactly do we think the accusation is. Insider trading is usually proven by evidence that family or friends are involved. It goes on all the time but has to be a serious allegation if initiated.
