It would be helpful if:

1) Chill could release an RNS in which the two US directors justify their salaries and positions, particularly in terms of the work they do, and revenues the US side has and will generate going forward.

2) The large shareholdwr (J. Swann) could release a circular with:

a) The reasoning behind his proposals.
b) What he thinks his two proposed directors would bring to the company that the current post holders do not and comparative salaries, and
c) How he sees the business going forward.

LOL!For once a 100% correct move...The "chuckle bros" have been totally hopeless:it has been one of the most enjoyable 5 year corporate disaster shows of all time.The only question is if they are sacked will they be too "chilled out" to understand what has happened!Will Eric & the boys on Racqette Drive be booted out as well....

The American results probably stink hence the removal of the 2 directors, share holder power in the making , I bet Ben and other companies wish people like JS to step in like this .

So the question you are all missing is how does this RNS relate to the next RNS regarding results?

Clearly Swann will have seen the news and updates and sales figures. If they were good/positive,the last thing he would be doing is replacing both directors.

Clearly whatever it is means the results stink and these two directors were the main issue.

Either way, it's not good news and it's only when results will drop will we know why these were let go.

Expecting a drop on next RNS too.

Complete confidence lost at this point and too volatile as details are not clear
