i doubt we will ever hear of the actual concern. obviously would not be beneficial to release. unless it's forced via auditor insistence or something, but i doubt it anyway

it is true to say, such a move is derived mostly from financial concern. it is rarely a method applied for simple lack of performance happiness

That will be on the liability side somewhere

But, not to worry. He has full support for this, financially backed too it seems

No kidding, the amount of times i have asked for certain costs to be explained under the term 'consultant' etc, all i got back were threatened gag orders haha

ok so explainable. But many costs try to hide the fact, as example, a consultant was somebody with a holiday let in zimbabwe lol

I suspect Swanny saw the Brixton numbers and panicked.

Does swanny ever post. He must have lost a small fortune over at tern but would be interesting to get his take on chill. I'm with investment. I now think vape companies will out perform the markets given the smoking ban that's being stage implemented.

Its a shame for Swanny that he converted the loan into shares as otherwise his leverage would be much greater.

i do wholly agree that the news was 0.5p within hours, without that medium to long term expectation base at low

i wouldnt argue against that. A bloodbath given

Anyway lets see if they got it right for the news

Summary..there is meat in the low re it was never a spike move. Just have to wait and see why now. Either they got it very wrong down there (but shouldnt have - as its bought due to this), or, big returns coming

Maybe purchase, but either way nice to see any concern being actioned for a change

its a bold move in value terms if driven by concern though, as a bloodbath would typically follow

i think he secured others to back it prior to and at move

As the saying goes, we do not have to fundamentally agree...both sides just need to acknowledge the technical structure

I expect a cash bloodbath coming. Swanny pumped in a lot of money and clearly has seen data that makes him very concerned for its safe return.

Really important was that this did not even come close to shaking the medium to long term data

even short term supported

Guys, this is going to fly. i dont mean that in a 5 minute sense

i expect big prices to come over each quarter/month
