07/4/2022 19:13 | Yes this stock presents an interesting income v cap appreciation dilemma and it is still above the rpi which is pretty unusual | wizard2020
07/4/2022 17:30 | 😆 my apologies, I’ve been up since 2am is my excuse …yes I meant 270 not 170 😂 I’m going to bed 😴 | dodger777
07/4/2022 17:26 | I'd be happy with 270 tbh | wednesday6
07/4/2022 17:02 | Well maybe the 165 is wishful thinking but 170 ish seems a reasonable target after todays ex dividend date in the next month or so ? | dodger777
07/4/2022 16:44 | Really that low ? | fred177
07/4/2022 16:28 | I’ve noticed a few people mention this stock about the trading range that seems to be pretty consistent. I’ve got my eye on it now looking for the 165/170 range to buy in 🤔 | dodger777
07/4/2022 12:44 | I bought more at 285 a couple of months ago and sold enough at 312 to clear the cost. Every year I accumulate a few more without increasing my capital outlay, generally buying at around 275 and selling at about 310. It is amazing how predictable this stock is, and how little a regularly rising dividend seems to do for the share price. | 1knocker
07/4/2022 06:43 | XD this morning for 14.7p, pay day is 24th May | cwa1
06/4/2022 21:45 | Dilemma - in the end took half my profits and let the rest ride for the div. Div should result in about 9p neg but if you hold you get more than that in an Isa in net div. That's why I ended with a compromise! | wizard2020
06/4/2022 21:36 | No dividend dodging for me as my ISA is busy being transferred. | tom2022
06/4/2022 17:11 | Took my profits at the close, might be back in around 270 if opportunity presents itself, (providing market developments are favourable),luck to all holders on here. | contrarian joe
06/4/2022 13:00 | Might hold 300 level tomorrow ? 14.7 ex div | panshanger1
05/4/2022 07:31 | Ah, very true! | bluemango
05/4/2022 07:29 | Rather large ex div day on Thursday might be a dampener though !! | panshanger1
05/4/2022 07:20 | I hesitate to mention it, but CSN is poised to finally breakout from the trading range it's been stuck in since early 2020 - the starting of new ISA allowances tomorrow might possibly be the final push it needs? | bluemango
03/4/2022 21:53 | Having finished the article I can't say I was impressed with it either. In fact unimpressed would be putting in lightly. | al101uk
03/4/2022 12:13 | Edmond seems to misunderstand Aviva rather badly. There is a capital return due there of £1 so the comparisons with Aviva are all a bit off. I also question why he keeps talking about P/E. Insurers are not at all well measured using that metric. | edmundshaw
01/4/2022 18:20 | Good old Edmond | phillis
01/4/2022 18:11 | Discussion of Chesnara here: | al101uk
01/4/2022 14:07 | Chesnara presentation now on brr | jeff h
01/4/2022 11:01 | Agreed CWA1. I can't really complain as all my purchases are well in to profit, with last months addition at 260 looking particularly well-timed. Profits here tend to be lumpy, but the dividend yield is certainly not to be sniffed at. | lord gnome
01/4/2022 08:13 | Still LG, clip the coupon and it pays for us to wait untill the market sees it our way, eh? ;-) | cwa1
01/4/2022 07:55 | Sadly, Chesnara seems to get a nosebleed at anything above 300. It will probably take a lot more than Tempus to get this to fly. | lord gnome
01/4/2022 06:28 | May give the share price a bit of a boost today, even if it is short-lived...ADVICE BuyWHY Reliable and generous dividend for income investors | speedsgh |
