04/5/2013 18:45 | Or... Hows the libel case going with Sefton TW ? :) | ![]() highlander7
04/5/2013 17:03 | Ok, I will go for 13p, on the day the RNS saying Wingat is a buster. I will play the bounce. Let's see. | ![]() wild_goose
04/5/2013 09:59 | fair11, Wise up, a Wingat duster will take CHAR to 10p. ----- Look, CHAR do not have enough cash to do a drill on their own. That leaves a placing or a farmm-in. Larry has zero intention of farming in a partner. Placing coming, | ![]() wild_goose
04/5/2013 09:41 | greyingsurfer, Char Mckcap---£36.12Milli Cash at 31/12/2012----£43.07 So the Mckcap doesn't even cover cash in bank.So no value attached to any of the blocs in Namibia/Morocco/Maur So out of all Char's acreage,we are now down to Wingat affecting just the Central blocs,Re source rocks etc.How much potential success is built into Char's present Mckcap of £36.12Million???NIL imo, therefore at NO COST TO CHAR,there should be minimal falls due to the lack of commercial Oil at Wingat. That's not to say traders won't cry like babies should Wingat be dry and try and gain some traction, but the second well at Murombe will follow on quickly from Wingat, plus the valuable data gained from Wingat will aid future wells. But should Wingat be commercial,it would instantly up the ante for Char's upcoming Farm Outs of the Central Blocs. This how I came to the conclusion that a Wingat non commercial well will have little downside affect on Char's share price as there is no financial loss and the data gained will aid future wells and farm outs. all imo. | ![]() fairenough11
04/5/2013 07:53 | vwnige, This was a smoke screen put out as roomer by the guys in Rio. HRT are indeed drilling a well in Brazil. It is called HRT 11. Drilling on it has stoped, but no announcement on what has been found has been made. The theory is that it is a duster, and the HRT share price will tank on the news. Again, the theory is, that to stop the share price tanking, they will release the bad news on HRT 11 and the good news on Namibia, at the same time. This theory assumes good news from Namibia. | ![]() wild_goose
04/5/2013 07:47 | HRT, down 7%, confirms a duster. | ![]() wild_goose
03/5/2013 20:43 | According to Jimmy on III.. HRT are also drilling another well in Brazil ( i think ) so in theory any fall in the share price maybe related to this well.. | ![]() vwnige
03/5/2013 18:47 | HRT still holding up from todays low c5% down.....hardly suggests a duster at this stage...still a few hours to go before close.....watching closely for any clues!!! GLA | ![]() moneymunch
03/5/2013 18:44 | FE HRT hit Oil---all Namibian acreage soars in value along with Char's share price HRT don't hit commercial Oil---No cost to Char and data will be invaluable for future wells.Nothing in the Char share price for a HRT HIT.On to the next HRT well straight away. It doesn't work like that. You can't argue that CHAR will soar if HRT hits, but there will be no effect if they don't. If the former is true then there will be people valuing CHAR on the possibility of an HRT hit, but if HRT don't that falls out of the valuation, and of course it will fall, short term at least. It's certainly true that CHAR will benefit from HRT's drill whatever the result, from better understanding of the geology, but there will still be a hit if it's dry/inconclusive etc. Peter | ![]() greyingsurfer
03/5/2013 18:30 | From iii. 16:09 Re: Duster cheshire10bagger Have you ever heard of nav? It stands for net asset value. Our only liquid asset is cash. Plent of companies in trouble are valued at 50% below nav. And yes, I am a long term shareholder. I met Tarles at an oil barrel conference last year and even asked welch a few questions..... -------- Anyone care to guess an absolute low for CHAR, I will go for 10p, On four HRT dusters. A problem I see is the placing at such a low sp, lol. Ok, they will get more shares and a controlling interest. | ![]() wild_goose
03/5/2013 18:24 | Fair, Get a grip. When the duster is conformist, CHAR will be 10p. It mmay bounce. | ![]() wild_goose
03/5/2013 18:22 | Charting, lol, post your chatter then, we will give you to mid day Mmonday to get it fro the analyst. | ![]() wild_goose
03/5/2013 17:49 | Said it would go to 15p not far to go now. My research and charting is predicting even lower. | jxman
03/5/2013 15:45 | Anyway,3 day break here in UK so any shorts/sellers will be wide open if HRT have hit Oil and they announce it over the May Day holiday. I can't see how Char can lose at nil cost. HRT hit Oil---all Namibian acreage soars in value along with Char's share price HRT don't hit commercial Oil---No cost to Char and data will be invaluable for future wells.Nothing in the Char share price for a HRT HIT.On to the next HRT well straight away. Shorts on a hiding to nothing here imo. | ![]() fairenough11
03/5/2013 15:44 | i know Donald and me too......please let it be a gusher!!! ;-))) | ![]() moneymunch
03/5/2013 15:43 | ps and HRT only c4% down....if there was insider knowledge of a duster it would be much more.....;-) GL | ![]() moneymunch
03/5/2013 15:41 | I'm not deramping, i want it to be a hit!! | donald tramp
03/5/2013 15:39 | ronan...read it yourself, it's only the opion of poster on a US bb very much like this one.....it could be a scare tactic to encourage sellers and deter buyers.....IF they've hit oil...??? | ![]() moneymunch
03/5/2013 15:38 | scaremongering.Nobod O and BTW its HRT drilling not Char. Some trying to use the HRT share price to bash Char with. 15 more wells to go after this one with large Farmouts from Char in Namibia/Mauritania thrown in. Also we are trading at less than CASH,not £1.50p/£3,so nothing built in pre HRT drill. Some would be deramping if the share price was .01p ffs. | ![]() fairenough11
03/5/2013 15:34 | A hit and a miss in simple terms. One play they were after nothing and the other oil....that's how I read it anyway. One things for sure all will be revealed shortly! | donald tramp
03/5/2013 15:31 | can you explain the above tramp for the hard of minds --like me | ronan7
03/5/2013 15:28 | From stockhouse: Boys from Rio thinlk its a hit on H11 but a miss on Wingat..... "HRT has 11 oil drill stop waiting result of Wingat. The latter must have been dry or gas (insiders acting). The estratégio must have been holding the result of Solimoes to mitigate the fall when the disclosure of Namibia. Only this explains the probe stop at HRT 11 without disclosing anything ..." | donald tramp |
