21/4/2013 19:18 | HRT ar now at the depth of the reservoir. Price moves soon. | wild_goose
20/4/2013 09:57 | HRT up another 6.7% last night,in fact its been on the UP since this was posted on LSE by Transmar. ==================== sure oil in and around hrt wellToday 09:34 azinam bar,oil showing,brad/drew at 1625/1825/1925.t/b excited ==================== Now HRT have stated they will have a second Farm out BEFORE the result of the Wingat-1 well,so anytime in the next 30 days or so. Also Char are bidding for Brazilian blocs and to do that they're gonna need around $50M of CERTAIN cash, they have $65m in the bank, but that is spoken for more or less for 2013/2014 commitments,so IMO it could mean Char have already agreed a Farm out on either Mauritania/Northern Blocs/Central Blocs in Namibia giving them the surety of an extra $50M or so which of course would mean a massive revaluation of all Char's acreages which is currently valued at less than Nil.Intriguing innit?? Char Mckcap--£37.12M Cash---------£42.6M Acreage------£nil--- Now bidding for Brazilian blocs will need $50M(£32m)--Have they already agreed a farm-out???? If they have that would be Mckcap--£37.12M Cash----£42.6M Acreage----% for farm out £32m) The share price would have to double at least to take account of cash inflow and thats without a revaluation of Char's acreage for potentially more farm outs across the portfolio. Next few weeks could be very interesting here at Char. | fairenough11
19/4/2013 17:04 | Looks like "they" reached their target at 17.50p. Only way is up now--hopefully:-))) | fairenough11
19/4/2013 16:33 | Up at the death. | royalalbert
19/4/2013 16:01 | I wonder if we do have a seller are they nearly out, as the bid price is holding well. | royalalbert
18/4/2013 21:39 | This line must be broken in order to further fall....I doubt it for now......it looks to me it will bounce tomorrow during trading hours... | andonis
18/4/2013 20:04 | A reversal is due here....temporary maybe but worth a good trade.... | andonis
18/4/2013 18:59 | who is the big seller ? yeah... yeah... mr mm himself... i mean its dropped from a few quid to the 20 to 25p range (now below that) and u r really going to risk shorts on this one to get to 15p... now if that aint fixed, then ill b damned :-))) this was a short at 300 or 200p when news of no oil... not at 25p to 15p... wot garbage !!! this is an accumulate from 15 to 25p... | belisce6
18/4/2013 15:57 | Mm trying to suck pis in big seller out there beware | jxman
18/4/2013 15:49 | hmm... the spread has dropped to .25p which is like 1.45% as opposed to much much higher spreads before... mayb the MMs r allowing buyers to get in... coaxing them so to speak... | belisce6
18/4/2013 10:46 | well if they farm out mauritania, they could get back costs given to them in cash as part of a farmout deal... so that cash could cover new project costs... | belisce6
18/4/2013 10:14 | greyingsurfer, I think you need the cash upfront to be able to bid in the first place,so later Farm Outs(Uncertain)would not count.IMO they must have already struck a deal somewhere which is gonna generate $40M/$50M in some shape or form. ==================== from lse cheers sure oil in and around hrt wellToday 09:34 azinam bar,oil showing,brad/drew at 1625/1825/1925.t/b excited | fairenough11
17/4/2013 17:13 | Who was saying 25p a couple of weeks ago. I told you all 15p was on the cards. Look it's not difficult buy low dell high. There is nothing going for char in the near future and the share price will slowly drift down lower. Get out now and buy back later. Simple | jxman
17/4/2013 09:56 | To be able to bid for such acreage they must already have CERTAINTY in their future cash position/inflow imo. Not necessarily, they'll probably hope to get something that they can farm out to someone else to cover costs (or most of them). Peter | greyingsurfer
17/4/2013 07:27 | great find iii-cheers. ==================== in all, 64 companies are enabled for the 11th Round of the ANP, a record that surpasses the 61 empowered the Ninth Round, conducted in 2007. The 11th round will be held on 14 and 15 May, in Rio de Janeiro, with the offer of 289 blocks, totaling 155,800 km ², distributed in 11 Sedimentary Basins: Barreirinhas, Ceara, Espirito Santo, Foz do Amazonas, Pará -Maranhão, Parnaíba, Pernambuco-Paraíba, Potiguar, Reconcavo, Sergipe-Alagoas and Tucano. Of the 289 blocks, 166 are located offshore, 94 deepwater, 72 shallow water and 123 on land.According to section 9 of the Notice of the 11th Round and the articles contained in Chapter IX of ANP No. 27/11, fits administrative appeals against the decisions of the Special Bids within five working days from the publication in the Official Gazette ==================== You do the math. How can char be bidding for these blocs after securing top class acreage in morocco/mauritania?? Either they have already agreed a DEAL Farm Out/JV etc etc whereby they have a large cash inflow(larger than current Mckcap(lol) OR they are set to have a prolonged(already known)period of positive newsflow which will see the share price at much higher levels where they will feel comfortable at raising cash. To be able to bid for such acreage they must already have CERTAINTY in their future cash position/inflow imo. Lets wait for the announcement. Trading way below cash in bank with ZERO for Namibia/Morocco/Maur Unbelievable imo. | fairenough11
16/4/2013 21:44 | This isn't driven by MMs as anyone can trade it with DMA. | triples
16/4/2013 11:21 | triples, could be worse, you could have bought Gold/Silver cos:-) Re Gold price it just shows you the BIG BOYS can take the price of anything to where they want it to go and then come up with a reason for the movement. | fairenough11
16/4/2013 10:20 | all markets have dropped... sp500 index down from yesterday... and gold and silver MASSIVE drops so to oil itself... our smallcap oilers can only go to zero, but i guess there must remain some from of value in them... | belisce6
16/4/2013 10:12 | Morning all. Pretty dire across the whole of small O&G at the minute. What a sector to specialise in! Ugh. | triples |
