it matters little if one gets these at 17p or 25p or 28p, if that person or institution believes that char will get to 100p to 200p or so, within the next 12 months or so... its too hard to time or pick the exact bottom or top, for that matter... and, large orders will always get stuck with higher or lower prices... happens to us all... :-)

i dont expect 200p by lunchtime today... but within 12 months, but only if there is no major market crash in the meantime.. unfortunately i am expecting that at end of this year into next... but plenty of time for positive news to have flowed into char by then...

We are also awaiting the final report on Nimrod--Kab-1,which is due right now and that will tell us what the future plans are for all partners.This news could be an eye opener on its own.What has it revealed??

The bounce was sparked by HRT moving up strongly in Canada. HRT currently drilling two wells, Wingat prospect in Namibia and the Cajazeira prospect in State of Amazonas.

Wingat was spudded 11 days ago and is targeting 4,000m depth.

Cajezeira spudded 19 days ago and drilling to 2,200m depth.

Hence one would think that if HRT bouncing it was much more likely to be related to Cajezeira than Namibia.

The weird part is that in the Auction at yesterday's close someone was bidding 25p for 1.5m! Are there really people who splash out £375K solely because HRT up 11% without checking out most probable reason?

It would be nice to dream that Wingat drilling gone very well and they have identified oil source at shallow depth. I believe Wingat is material to Chariot since testing one of two possible petroleum systems for CHAR's Central Licence.

Yesterday at least proved that Chariot will fly up if any good news from HRT's three well campaign!

I also hold TRP,but Chariot have excellent acreage in 3 places all capable of uncovering Billion barrel finds,Morocco--Mauritania---Namibia and all three have drilling activity this year and next.The likes of Tullow/Cairn/HRT/Dana/Repsol/Genel/BP-Serica?? are all involved across the 3 areas.

Farm outs as we hold very large WI in all our acreages.Back costs,free carry drills and cash back on very extensive 3D Seismics.

That's the business model.

Anyway,we better get used to this as we have 3rd party drilling all around our acreage in Morocco/Mauritania/Namibia for the rest of 2013 and most of 2014.

You see if HRT have struck BIG,its 7Bbls+++OIP Minimum and derisks Chars Namibian acreage.

What did Kab-1 tell them???

If its true you won't be able to BUY once it starts to rise imo,Auction after Auction as yesterday post 16:00pm.Even this morning you couldn't BUY any amounts at all online.

FROM RUETERS.............CHARIOT OIL & GAS : The oil explorer rose late on Thursday amid a myriad of speculation including one that oil giant BP was interested in buying the firm, according the Times market report, which also cited talk that HRT, a big latin American oil company drilling near Chariot's prospect off Namibia, had struck and struck big.

Well argued,i understand where you are coming from.

So on the sell side we have reasons put forward for unexplained movement.

On the buy side we have name calling and swearing.
