My plan was to keep building a stake in this one. However I went against it, because of the time running out to get the deal done for the NYW. Could save me thousands for a change. As I usually loose everything when I commit to just one share.

If NYW requires further funding, then either CHAL will be diluted out of any meaningful position, or they will have to put more money in, which means you as shareholders will be diluted to oblivion.

Looking like you might get your 0.2 here Abeygale….

Can't see any incentive to buy/hold here other than an absolute binary bet on whether NYW finds funding.
Even if it does - and that's highly dubious, there will be opportunity to buy on news, and ride it up.
