Derampers trolls making it look like if NYW news isn't good then this will die, that's not the case. Yes it will be a big set back as we have invested money in the project. Don't forget it's not an AIM listed company

Challenger CEO has confirmed that the company remains a going concern in cash terms whilst we await developments. No risk of de-listing or imminent disaster! For the time being downside is very limited. Upside is potentially huge. New York Mayor commented on NYW project only last week and Challenger CEO reported his optimism at last conference call. However, this is not all about NYW. Important agreements on the Texas project are expected soon. And there remain a number of possibilities for Challenger as a company. I would however agree that this is not a stock for day traders or shorters. Please do your own research.

The drop today is realistic. As shareholders are excepting that the New York Wheel will never be completed.

Could be interesting times ahead here. An announcement re. the New York Wheel potentially imminent given the 5 September deadline. Challenger CEO remained optimistic re. project re-commencement as of the July shareholder telephone conference (worth a listen). Also the potential to hear more about the Texas project mid September, as well as discussions on-going about other new potential new projects/Board members. Company remains OK for cash this year and CEO says no risk of de-listing. Public platform will be developed further. Yes, I am a holder and will continue to be so for the foreseeable. My feeling is that this company may have the worst behind it now. If it moves upwards I suspect that it will do so very quickly. Risk-reward ratio looks OK to me.
