A helpful rise today. Took a few quid out of Chal from 0.23. Still well under ....a few trades should get that back. I reckon it will fall away in morning and then rally. Most of debt cleared now so don’t blame anyone having a punt on these at current mkt cap!

KingstonYou have raised a very valid point. I think today's news is just about tidying up the balance sheet for such eventuality. No wonder tye rise today is not day trading wonder. Thanks for your insight.

This company could be used as a shell. Its market cap is below £1 million. It would be cheaper and quicker to reverse a profitable private business into it than to float from scratch. The share price would fly.

So someone who had chance of cash or conversion agrees cancellation. That is a big “give” IMO. DYOR.

Maybe they own underlying shares?

If company was failing then convertible loan may have protections under loan element over assets so not sure that is an answer?

Conundrum!

Thoughts?

Moving towards 1p and above it would seem and a decent step along the way of sorting chal out?

The holder of the convertible loan note would not have passed them back to the company if they thought there was any good news coming, so its an indication of no value enhancing news to come.

In short, its a failing company.
