We have already passed that date so what now? I tried to call the numbers on the RNS but got palmed off with "someone will call you back" we waited long so whats a few more weeks.

Agree, incredibly tough! from what I have heard, the company has about 1000 shareholders and no one is complaining?

Registrar is responsible for maintaining an up to date record of who owns securities -

Cindrigo is helping new registrar to see who will be owning what shares once the RTO and admission documents come through -

Clarification of 3 August Announcement Concerning
Cancellation of Listing


Cindrigo Holdings Limited (LSE: CINH) wishes to clarify the statement in the announcement dated 3 August 2021 that “the FCA has confirmed” that the cancellation of the Company’s listing should be simultaneous with the relisting of the Company’s shares and will happen automatically at that time. Although this statement followed a telephone discussion with the Issuer Management department of the FCA and remains the Company’s expectation, it should be noted that it was not formal FCA guidance.

As stated on the 3 August, readmission to listing is subject to the approval of the prospectus, the Company meeting the eligibility for listing requirements to the FCA’s satisfaction and the Company’s application for readmission thereafter being successful, which the Company is not able to guarantee will take place within any particular timeframe or at all.

The Company is actively working to progress the Listing Application, including seeking approval of a prospectus for the Enlarged Cindrigo Group (the "Prospectus") a number of drafts of which have already been submitted and the Company is currently responding to the FCA's comments on the latest submission. Subject to the approval of the Prospectus, the Company meeting the eligibility for listing requirements to the FCA's satisfaction, and the process being concluded expeditiously and its application for readmission thereafter being successful, the Company now expects the re-admission of its ordinary shares will occur towards the end of August or in September 2021, but the Company is not able to guarantee that readmission will take place within that time frame or at all.

When you bought it in an ISA when sold if it will be like if it were in an ISA -

That is if the stock has moved ISA to Normal trading account -

With the current status quo it cannot be in an ISA therefore the manager you are transferring to will not be able to accept it -

Once it is relisted then it will be no problem -
