22/7/2019 14:44 | "Qatari investments were mentioned in the Sunday Times article"Were they?, must have missed that, could you post up please. | discodave4
22/7/2019 12:47 | Qatari investments were mentioned in the Sunday Times article. The wholesale purchase CNA would give the largest Gas producer a direct route to market. Many deals being looked at by Conn at this moment. It is potential for corporate action that makes CNA interesting punt. | careful
22/7/2019 12:36 | Under conn and is clown directors the value of cna as fallen from 14b to 5 b And they have been rewarded millions of free shares It's a disgrace the remuneration committee should be charged with corruption | portside1
22/7/2019 12:12 | God help us if they try and sell off the family jewels I can only agree with #20239, lost and confused has suitably encapsulated the problem. | scobak
22/7/2019 12:06 | Lot of small punters selling today I am going to buy more if they go below 88 p | portside1
22/7/2019 12:01 | Sorry portside I went back to sleep. The dividend cut should have been made last year but that's ancient history now. You're doing a great job so keep banging that drum !!! | nortic 007
22/7/2019 11:34 | 6b shares at 12p 720m in divs plus 2b in cash buying back shares at under 90p would see debt gone and reduction of years in two years lThat makes sense , | portside1
22/7/2019 11:33 | i,ve given the boy some home work so he might be awhile. | mroalan
22/7/2019 11:29 | Agree. In two minds about Spirit as Conn seems to suggest one minute it's hitting their cash flow targets but volumes are forecast to be lower but it's profitable so who knows what's in his little head. As for North America would be a total disaster IMO if they offload that in preference to UK Home, crazy but wtfdik. | discodave4
22/7/2019 11:28 | We all new that the div must be cut ,The div should be stopped and use the cash to pay off all the debt And then reduce the shares in issue no more scrips ever again It would only take two years to do this | portside1
22/7/2019 11:25 | Well we have had years of silence from these so called directors So what are they doing for their pay ,Post below is correct why would they now sell off the oil | portside1
22/7/2019 11:14 | If these rumours are true, I don't really get it. Selling off all the profitable and unregulated parts, to leave us with the regulated parts, declining customer base and small profits (If lucky). Doesn't seem feasible to me unless Conn has completely lost the plot | lostandconfused
22/7/2019 11:08 | Isn't the news of a divi cut supposed to give the share price a lift?? Or am I not seeing something? | eodfire
22/7/2019 10:58 | Nortic no comment on the div cut coming | portside1
22/7/2019 10:34 | It's ok just doing a conn summary | portside1
22/7/2019 10:34 | Interim to be 1p and final 4p | portside1
22/7/2019 10:32 | Now the div cut could be 60% | portside1
22/7/2019 10:13 | Spirit adjusted operating profit last year was £337m and they said:"We are also focused on improving the performance and sustainability of the Spirit Energy portfolio, while limiting Centrica's exposure to the sector and creating options for the future."Perhaps farm out/s rather than offloading as it's profitable and cash generative but high Capex.......and higher risk due to poo. Be interesting to see what Conn will say next week. | discodave4
22/7/2019 09:52 | Yesterday's article was nothing new with regards to divi cut, the rest was pure speculation with zero comment from CNA. Do think offloading Spirit could be a distinct possibility though. How much? | discodave4
22/7/2019 09:43 | It should of cut the div last year .it good news to cut it by 50% It's still over 6% | portside1
22/7/2019 09:37 | Div cut by 50% | portside1
