In continuation of my post 2266 and based on the assumption that the company's proposed contract terms are totally unacceptable to those affected and ULTIMATELY THERE HAS TO BE A RESOLUTION .........

One of life's key facets is to endeavour 'to turn a problem into an opportunity'. On that basis surely highly skilled experienced BG Engineers could utilise generous redundancy payments to form a private cooperative to service boilers and undercut British Gas ? Centrica could then offer employment and particularly apprenticeships to up and coming engineers ? Problem resolved ...both parties move on ?
