06/9/2022 21:29 | Can’t have helped! I nearly sold some yesterday but holding on…. | sharpedge7
06/9/2022 18:13 | Oh! Well if it's his most easily liquidatable asset that's fair enough - "This objective has now been accomplished and Donald Baladasan does not intend to sell any shares in the Company in the foreseeable future." May explain the weakness of the last few days. | boadicea
06/9/2022 16:14 | Late reported. Share trades don’t always get reported. Instititions are brilliant at dumping shares without either reporting or discussing with the company who in some cases could match them with a buyer thus preventing a savaging of the share price. | earwacks
06/9/2022 12:19 | Does anybody have an idea why a trade of 270,000 shares @ 112.5556 from yesterday, would appear today? | drtn
05/9/2022 22:41 | To me one of the biggest issues here is the AIM listing, but the focus seems to be on growth with no push for a main market listing for now, though there was a throw away remark on IMC about long term potential for main market index inclusion. If they can maintain aggresive growth with low debt who knows where the share price will be in 10 years. | rik shaw
05/9/2022 15:11 | I did ask the question on IMC about takeover and their ability to defend. I thought it was the ceo himself that had said it was a possibility if the share price remained at this level. His reply this time however was in theory a takeover is possible but he could put a few calls in to various institutions if necessary. So I don’t think it will go cheap if at all. Too much potential value here. I think this has been another difficult company for investors to get their heads round. Either they don’t understand the numbers or they don’t think the growth is sustainable. Competitors might take a different view on that. The others slight bonus at the moment is being paid in dollars | earwacks

02/9/2022 19:30 | Can anyone post the article here please ? | oilinvestoral
02/9/2022 15:02 | I'm very happy with "treading water" in this market - I could quote endless examples of stocks which have declined anything from 30%-75%. It's not long to the Q3 update, and the bond refinancing news should also be good relatively soon given the likely cheaper terms previously flagged. Perhaps indicative of CNIC's value is the new table published yesterday by analysts at Quest, the cashflow analysis division of Canaccord Genuity, of "who could be the next takeover target for a foreign corporate in the "technology" space". CNIC are at the number two spot (KAPE are at number one, along with ACSO at number five out of ten): | rivaldo
02/9/2022 12:33 | The only serious question arising from imminent events concerns the bond refinancing and what terms will be available on the day. The most pessimistic view of this already looks heavily discounted. Will it bound ahead when that is settled or is there something more fundamental such as market dislike of bond financing per se? For a company in this position - growth rate, cash flow etc - it looks like the most advantageous option to me. | boadicea
02/9/2022 11:52 | Everywhere and anywhere you look seems to be saying buy this stock and still it treads water. Not found anything negative about the stock at all. I did, on Twitter, find a poster calling him / herself John@F15JCM. On 30 August after recent results John wrote: "Exited all my positions for 3% profit........... Far too many adjustments for my liking............ FCF forecast to fall maybe due to bond refinancing? EBITDA a red flag for me here, wasnt comfortable." The same poster also claimed on a 31 August post "The £15m expense below the line significantly distorts the PE value. I reckon its nearer 30. Will likely affect the cash flow down the line too." Might be of interest. Back under my rock now. Albert Ammons. | ammons

01/9/2022 09:56 | Mark Watson-Williams has updated on Master Investor: "A ‘transformatio The global internet platform reported revenues up 93% to $334.6m ($173.8m) and a 97% uplift in its adjusted EBITDA at $38.6m ($19.6m). Group CEO Ben Crawford stated that: “CentralNic has enjoyed a strong first half of the year with year-on-year organic growth now reaching a record 62%, with our high cash conversion driving our net debt down to below our consensus EBITDA for 2022. CentralNic continues to deliver sustainable growth thanks to our hugely scalable and privacy safe proprietary solutions and the enormous size of the market opportunities we are addressing”. Analyst Bob Liao at Zeus Capital viewed these results as demonstrating the company’s resilient growth, margin potential and steady deleveraging. Ahead of a Q3 Update on 17 October his estimates remain unchanged at $617.1m ($410.5m) revenues for the year to end December 2022, with EBITDA of $70.0m ($46.3m) and earnings of 17.4c (11.3c) per share. He sees upside to his forecasts, which no doubt will change in seven weeks. After hitting 129.80p in response to the results, the shares closed up just 3.3% on the day at 123p, and that was after a massive 1.86m shares were traded. These shares, which are currently valued well below others in its sector, still have a lot of upside potential." | rivaldo
01/9/2022 08:11 | My thoughts as well John | gswredland
31/8/2022 19:09 | Think of drop as creating opportunity. I'm a buyer sub 115p | johndoe23
31/8/2022 17:17 | @Dean. I think there’s an element of risk off. | sumday
31/8/2022 17:08 | [Sell a few to cause a tick down, create a bogus impression of volume by adding in some round tripping at negligible expense, possibly triggering some stops to help it along] = [negative sentiment] But why? | boadicea
31/8/2022 16:44 | Who’s selling these down tho? | deanowls
31/8/2022 16:26 | Tomorrow is another day but I would not hold my breath with CNIC A total set of D O G market makers controlling this | basem1
31/8/2022 16:19 | Boad….I’ I agree that it could be good for a buyer and I’m in profit here, but I’ve also bought up to 128p in anticipation that the ever improving results would have a positive effect on the sp, ho hum! | diesel
31/8/2022 14:57 | Thanks to everyone for their contributions here without any arguments. It's great to see | gswredland
31/8/2022 14:27 | Given the apparent degree of illogicality one is bound to wonder whether the market is being manipulated, at least psychologically. This looks theoretically possible in thin markets with AT trades if it is legal to sell to oneself giving a false impression of volume at progressively lower prices and absorbing the cost of any occasional genuine buyer. But why would one wish to go to the expense of doing that unless contemplating an offer? More likely though is the fact that for many holders it is probably one of a rather limited number of shares that can be sold (unwisely) without taking a loss. Either way it is a potential bonus for the buyer. | boadicea
31/8/2022 12:31 | So what’s the game here? Who’s selling and why? And what would happen if they posted bad or just mediocre results? | diesel |
