Read the posts above, especially Rivaldo's. Very informative and a sound reflection of what is probably happening

Been in the market today buying more, at these levels we’re at the bottom of a trading channel that’s been there most of the year so unless there is some significant problem that’s eluded all of us and the brokers and analysts this should have little downside.

Institutional selling plus perhaps some trading in the range which CNIC has been in for ages. I think the business is misunderstood and the presentation yesterday about how the business operates was quite clear.

As the CEO has just said, it's likely just institutional selling into liquidity and to take some profits where they can find them prior to the year end.

It's not often on Investor Meet that the CEO actually states "Are we really cheap? Yes" :o))

Notable too that he says revenues could be at a $1 billion run rate next year.

No just more sells than buys. Considering they reported £3m of revenue in 2013-14 they have come along way, and I suspect they won't stop growing at this point.

Good stuff from Berenberg:

"CentralNic Group due a re-rating according to Berenberg which keeps 250p price target

“In our view, this level of performance and execution for a stock trading at c8x P/E indicates that there will be a re-rating over the next six to eight months once the market becomes risk-on again” Berenberg said.

CentralNic Group PLC (AIM:CNIC)’s results got the thumbs up from Berenberg today which sees potential for the group’s share price to double.

Quarter three results were in line but the broker pointed out the company has upgraded its organic EBITDA and EPS forecasts by c40% year to date and has clearly proven its ability to grow organically and via acquisitions.

For the nine months, CentralNic reported revenue of $526.7mln, up 88% and gross profit of $128.3mln, up 53%. driven by a doubling of organic revenues in the online marketing segment and by a steady 4.3% organic constant currency growth in the online presence segment.

CentralNic’s revenue per thousand sessions year to date of $104 is"testament to the ROI it delivers for advertisers using contextual advertising."

“In our view, this level of performance and execution for a stock trading at c8x P/E indicates that there will be a re-rating over the next six to eight months once the market becomes risk-on again” Berenberg said.

The broker has a buy rating and 250p price target."

Why would you shorts stock that is so clearly undervalued, there are much safer candidates.

Nobody mentioned anything about shorting. Could it be the reason ?

Maybe a potential bid is the only thing that'll get this lot moving then. Clearly exceptional growth and future prospects doesn't do the trick. Shame

The currency translation loss is completely irrelevant - it's a non-cash adjustment on only goodwill and intangibles. It could just as easily turn to a huge profit anyway as the dollar moves in the other direction against the euro!

There has to be a seller out there, perhaps a fund looking to bank some rare profits before the year end. The multiple here is crazily low imo for a business with not only such high growth potential, but also with terrific cash conversion and huge recurring revenues.

Didn’t expect this, many times I’ve added more when the price seems disconnected to reality as I’m sure most on here will have done, but someone is selling, in the 30 yrs of trading I’ve rarely seen such an example of sustained performance not being reflected in the share price
