15/9/2015 07:39 | Content with those numbers. Three strong business strands. Rolling P/E 2 = 16.0 and Slater PEG = 0.21 at yesterday's closing price. Good numbers, too, for a high-growth company. | saucepan
15/9/2015 07:34 | For me also GHF... During 2014, CentralNic was transformed from a company with one line of business, domain name Wholesaling, to one with three distinct divisions in the domain name industry - Wholesale, Retail and Enterprise. In the first half of 2015, each of these divisions started to scale up, reflecting the emergence of changes in the industry favourable to CentralNic's products, services and strategy. "These promising results should be viewed as evidence of the three key factors propelling this company forward. Firstly as global demand builds for the new TLD domains supported by our Wholesale business, we continue to successfully launch new TLDs and secure additional TLD inventory. Secondly, the growth of our IBS Retail business revenues by 26% in six months demonstrates our ability to integrate and scale the businesses we have acquired. Thirdly, our Enterprise business transitioned from being pre-revenue a year ago to generating over GBP1m of revenue this half, demonstrating our ability to satisfy the domain requirements for corporate customers while also generating returns from our premium domain portfolio. "Trading since the half year has remained in line with our expectations and, whilst mindful of the challenges in sustaining our growth strategy, the Board remains confident that the Group is well positioned to deliver its expectations for 2015 while continuing to create substantial shareholder value over the medium term." | battlebus2
15/9/2015 07:32 | Looks like I was on the money with my guesstimate;-) Evident that CNIC is gaining traction in each business area & pleasing to see confirmation over the full year outcome for EPS of 3.13p Mike Turner appears a sensible appointment as Chairman. Strong hold for me as the story unfolds. Don't see the company remaining independent for long. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
14/9/2015 22:04 | Thanks, GHF. Yes, my error. I got my lines crossed, taking the 2016 turnover figure by mistake from a ShareScope Table, instead of the intended 2015 forecast figure. I agree, it should indeed have been £10.1 million. Now corrected above. | saucepan
14/9/2015 21:55 | Evening saucepan I had a quick check of your full year forecasts & afraid that's not what I've pencilled in terms of turnover although I agree with the Adjusted PBT & EPS forecasts for 2015 you've mentioned. Peel Hunt have £10.1m turnover this year & £13.7m for 2016. Perhaps you've mixed up the year forecasts? Don't want you being disappointed ;-) Should also mention that the Peel are forecasting Adjusted PBT £2.8m which appears just to be the EBITDA forecast of £2.8m. The actual PBT figure for 2015 is £2.2m without the adjustment. The RNS of premium domain name sales intimated 30/06/2015 as date of contract, so my guesstimate (& it really is a guesstimate) would be £1m-£1.1 Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
14/9/2015 19:23 | Some benchmarks against which to appraise Half Year progress: * Turnover forecast for whole year: £10.1 million [NB: edited as a correction - see posts below] * Profit forecast for whole year: £2.76 million * Eps forecast for whole year: 3.13 pence On past performance, the second half is stronger than the first half (seemingly, reflecting the ongoing growth of the Company). The nearer we get, therefore, at Interims, to 50% of the above figures, the better - especially if forecasts are to be upgraded. Agree or disagree? Anyone else care to say what their expectations are for tomorrow? | saucepan
14/9/2015 16:26 | I hope your right joemillion but you maybe a little optimistic though longer term i can easily see £1. | battlebus2
14/9/2015 16:00 | Still expecting £1 plus post tomorrow and happy to be in this one long term. Still a bit amazed this one appears off the radar for most. Hopefully post interims this will change and this will fly with minimal volume. | joemillion
14/9/2015 13:27 | Results tomorrow. Don't forget to set the alarm :-) | saucepan
10/9/2015 17:07 | So what has Zak Mir been saying about CentralNic today? At 1:54 'Following golden cross, heading for 100p' | lanzarote666
10/9/2015 14:55 | A significant breakout, I think: through 70p and the highest price in over a year. | saucepan
10/9/2015 14:28 | I did indeed PJ1 and got it twice now :-) | cheshire man

09/9/2015 13:09 | An excellent breakout and still undiscovered by 'the herd', judging by how quiet it is here. | saucepan
09/9/2015 10:51 | Expecting £1 plus post interims. | joemillion
09/9/2015 10:03 | Would be nice to 70p on the bid by end of day :-) | cheshire man
09/9/2015 09:42 | Yep looking great for those results..... :)) We all know they will be inline but as Lanzarote says it's all about the progress of the new GTLD's. | battlebus2
09/9/2015 09:27 | breakout here | scottishfield
08/9/2015 15:57 | Seven days until the Interims, but more excited as to how positive the outlook statement could be after the events in August with Google and xyz. 8-) | lanzarote666

02/9/2015 09:09 | Techinvest tipped CNIC as a New BUY at 60.5p in the latest issue. They also added them to the MFM Techinvest Special Situations Fund - so put money where their mouth is! Should get more interest. | aishah |
