20/3/2013 14:55 | Oooh. This isn't good. Why so weak? | nhb
06/3/2013 04:34 | Even without the deal I'm still happy with my holding. I've just topped up with another 5k. I think a bid may emerge in the medium term too. | morph7
05/3/2013 21:24 | I wonder if some of the selling pressure is not due to doubts creeping in about the Kounrad deal. | joan of arc
05/3/2013 19:41 | I'm disappointed to see the share price continue to drift lower. Hopefully this is going to be reversed in the near future as the company now has a market cap of only £92m. This is a highly profitable company generating heaps of cash as copper production costs are very low at $0.85 per lb and had a cash balance of $37.5m on 9th January. The company has repeatedly exceeded expectations during the course of both construction and ramping up production which should reach 10000 tonnes in 2013. The recent fall in the share price means there is now a dividend yield of 6% and a current year P/E of 7. This looks very good value to me. So with both year end results and a JORC resource statement for Kounrad due this month, hopefully the price is going to receive a real boost. News on the acquisition of the remaining 40% of Kounrad is also expected in H1 and this could lead to a significant rerating. Anyway I topped up today so fingers crossed. | arphillips
19/2/2013 07:10 | Nothing major (to what we already now) but a new pdf has just gone up on the homepage dated 18th Feb 2013. Roll on end of March for the yearly!!! | morph7
01/2/2013 17:52 | Can anyone help explain what it means re Henderson's reducing their voting rights from 9.71% on 18/1/13 to 4.24%on 1/2/13? Why might they do this - may it be linked to an equity swap, as they still have 8,089,692 shares (9.53%)? Also, is it correct that only 1 director appears to own shares (and he is a non-exec director)? | robotface
01/2/2013 15:11 | Guess this explains the recent weakness. | fangorn2
29/1/2013 18:36 | wassapper, I have 70,000 shares, I know exactly when all company dates are. I was merely saying that I welcome the current weakness so I can grab an other 5k worth this Friday on Payment Day. Maybe this is relevant..... Mods-apologies if I'am not allowed to post a news link but it is pertinent to everyone on the thread I think. | morph7
29/1/2013 16:28 | Yes agree Ex Div something else | nw99
29/1/2013 13:20 | I suspect that someone knows something about the SaryArka deal. Maybe the government has decided to get difficult. | joan of arc
29/1/2013 12:55 | Nt sure that is relevant. The shares are already ex-divi.This drop, for whatever reason, is not related to the divi in my view. " The ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 16 January 2013 and the interim dividend will be payable to all shareholders registered at the record date of 18 January 2013 and will be paid on 1 February 2013. " | wassapper
29/1/2013 12:20 | Happy its come down. Dividend day on Friday and if its at these levels then I'm throwing 5k straight back into it. | morph7
29/1/2013 12:04 | Getting hit my position not looking good any ideas why so weak ? | nw99
29/1/2013 11:42 | Hmm quite a drop. Am as intrigued as yourself. Possibly just a bit of profit taking as it's had a decent run since early December.. | fangorn2
29/1/2013 09:35 | Any ideas on why the drop? Perplexed | robotface
24/1/2013 13:47 | Thanks ESWR. So actually SAT are better off now as the share price has doubled since then. But why is the transaction taking so long to complete and is there any real risk that they won't get the necessary approvals? Is there a new outlook date for completion? | joan of arc
18/1/2013 19:32 | If it is such on obvious winner why should the current owner sell their share? | joan of arc
18/1/2013 16:55 | The next bit of news that we hope for is the completion of the purchase of the other 40% of the project. Simple numbers: 10,000 tonnes per annum at a cost of $2200/tonne and selling for say $7500/tonne = cash generation of $53m less $5m overheads = say $48m less 20% tax = say $39m = say £25m PAT with around 95m shares in issue (including the shares to be issued for the 40% stake in the project) = circa 25 pence of earnings and some material cash build up - 50 pence in cash on balance sheet after 2 years Yield is 20% of the revenues = say $1500/tonne = $15m = £10m = say 9 to 10 pence per share per annum Not bad and they have proven production in the cold winter conditions. | eswr
16/1/2013 14:59 | Same here, and the price (so far) has held up! | hari88
16/1/2013 12:30 | I got the interim/special dividend paid into my SB a/c today, total of 7p/share. | sranmal
14/1/2013 16:43 | Ill be holding for a few years NHB. I have a good entry price so am very happy with the dividend program CAML is now employing. With regards to further growth, lets hope the management are on the lookout for more 'pile of rocks' so they can duplicate what they have done at Kounrad. All in all, a great company. | morph7
12/1/2013 16:45 | Hello Morph7. Good to see you are in. IC moved to hold on this share wanting to solidify some of the gains but I'm hoping there will more pleasant surprises on the upside. I take it you are of the same opinion? Cheers | nhb |
