27/6/2006 09:05 | Well, Grant Thornton resigned on 27 April, which means that CAN has had exactly two months to find a replacement NOMAD. And so far has not done so. It doesn't take that long to go around the market, so maybe we should assume that everyone has rejected it. This puts Hitchens Harrison and the AIM regulators in a difficult position as, according to the rules, the company's shares should have been delisted some while ago. The question is, of course, whether the supposed "reverse transaction" is real and, if so, how much patience does the regulator have. Incidentally, one of Phil's other mining juniors, Capricorn, is also suspended pending a deal that was supposedly going to happen back in April. | caiman27 | |
