Well, happy days indeed. A decent set of results, a good dividend (4C), realistic forward forcasts (which actually state that they exclude potential improvements and expansion so erring well on the side of caution) and first half results based on $1305 gold, suggesting a bumper second half if gold stays firm.

Time to order that new drone :-)

It's a shame Prat doesn't have the courage to put his pocket money where his mouth is. He'd be short at 80p. Just hope no one else listened to that moron.

Why do you bother with them, they are obviously completely clueless and are basically here just to wind people up!

Boris ... don’t think we will see much of them in here today . Prat’s last comment was it is going to get shorted to 90p . Pathetic , childish comment ... both of them would have loved it if the results were disastrous . Sad ....

Solid results pretty much in line with expectation and confirmation of hike in dividend from increased free cash flow . This will hopefully increase sentiment and reduce the negativity from last year. No real comprehensive 3 year plan yet ? But guidance on production ...

Centamin baseline outlook for production in 2020 and 2021 of 510,000-540,000 ounces per annum, at cash cost of US$630-680 per ounce produced and AISC of US$870-920 per ounce sold; Baseline outlook excludes any upside from plant and open pit optimisation, underground grade improvement, Cleopatra stoping, and regional exploration; Full details of these baseline estimates and upside drivers can be found in the Operation Review.

This is back to excellent levels and profits with POG rising should be substantially higher moving forward ... AISC falls with higher production and the interesting point in the above is the potential upsides ... giving themselves plenty of room to make sure the targets are hit and would be interesting if anyone can put a figure on this potential extra gold ... looks like it could be substantial to me ?

All good . Fingers cross for 130+ based on the improvement .

Looking at the RNS, I think CEY are trying to send a clear signal to the market that the company is back on track.

The dividend is at the high end of the expected range.
Guidance re-iterated at 490,000-520,000.
Also, guidance going forward of 510,000-540,000 for 2020 & 2021 suggests 3 years of high dividends.
